True! I also didn't have to donate a kidney to buy it. Our original Bullard at my department was around $20K. Later we got FLIR guns (same design as this ), those were only $4500 each. It's sweet to have one of these without going to the station to borrow it!

This is "Currently unavailable" and Jeff doesn't know when or if it will be back in stock. In Ireland we default to the United Kingdom shop even though it is not in the EU anymore.

There are others I'm sure. I got this one based on the reviews/cost/specs. These things have dropped tremendously in price of the last several years. The ones we bought for the fire service were about $4500 each.
