just to clear the air on the chest compresses they weren’t technically correct but they only had to do that because going real cpr could physically hurt the person on set so they do fake ones

If anyone wants to know, the girl is a cop that went to a bar and met a guy, on one of their dates, he spiked her dring and kidnaped her. Turns out that guy she met was a serial killer that killed lots of young women ( buried alive ) But in this case she was smart and left her ring on the ground so her colleagues could find her, and they did. But Lucy ( the victim ) was traumatized for the rest of the season. This show is called The Rookie and I LOVE IT This is just a short resume of the story, there are more details and stuff

I know it's a tv show so they couldn't do that, but in cpr you are supposed to remove loose clothing, so that your hands dont slip.

Love this! However as a lifeguard your not supposed to start off with 2 initial breaths unless it’s the cause of drowning. Since she wasn’t breathing because of suffocation you would just start with chest compressions and then 2 breaths.
