I'll stick to my MiUSA and MiUK New Balance models. With those you at least feel prideful of wearing something made here and supporting the workers at the factories here.
It’s ridiculous what has happened with sneaker culture. 15 - 20 years ago I wore Dunk SB, Jordans, Nike Air Max…now ppl are signing up for lottos and raffles for the chance at buying unattractive shoes at jacked up retail prices just so they can flip them for ridiculous amounts. The rereleasing of classic silhouettes are made from cheap components and poorly assembled. I don’t blame anybody who opts to rock reps with how ridiculously overpriced kicks have become. I say this bc New Balance you mentioned are some of the only quality shoes being made nowadays.
Would of preferred it came with the silver on the lace vs the back of the shoe. But at least they give you an option to include it but $675 for retail airforces ouch

This is a true hypebeast shoe. It’s a nice looking pair but definitely not worth 400 especially if they’re going to force you to spend almost 300 for the silver accent pieces.
the nike snkers app still says $400 not sure why nike's main website is wrong but I participated in the Tiffany's pre-order today and they were a total of $420 with tax

The most thinly veiled paid review I’ve ever seen. It’s a black shoe with a Tiffany blue swoosh, that has been stitched badly. Best collaboration of the year? How much did they pay you?
In my opinion, this collaboration is absolutely pointless. I know Tiffany is a huge brand, but they look no different to your regular air force one. The off white air force one collaboration makes these look cheap. Yet they are selling for twice the amount.
