The Boss definitely needs the RMC treatment. It is so rough now that it just isn't even fun. It used to be my favorite ride at Six Flags STL but now I just avoid it because of how rough it is. As rough as Screamin' Eagle is The Boss is worse and half as old. RMC could do some really spectacular things with The Boss that would check several boxes for Six Flags STL as a whole. Not happening in 2024 sadly, maybe 2025.

RMC’ing Racer or Beast would be a crime. Mystic is actually the most deserving because it’s not historic, unlike Racer or Beast. Locals would literally riot if they RMC’d Racer or Beast.

I disagree. I love RMC’s and a remake of the racers, which are usually not long waits for riding, with a bigger drop and RMC elements added would be amazing. I’m a KI pass holder and would love this.

@@msmliars908 The Racer gets a shorter line due to its high capacity; 60 riders per dispatch vs The Beast's 36 and Mystic Timbers' 32. It consistently gets over 1 million riders each season. Not to mention The Racer was built to pay homage to the Shooting Star at Cincinnati's Coney Island, the park Kings Island was built to take the place of and the park that the Coney Mall area is themed to. The Gravity Group, GCI and the park's in house wooden coaster carpenters have replaced thousands of feet of track on The Racer since 2019 and have recently completed a multi year restoration of the coaster.

I would add SFA’s Roar as well. I think it will be interesting in the future to see what happens with RMC. As the market becomes saturated with conversions, will they build more ground up attractions like Arie Force One, Zadra, Goliath, Wildfire, Outlaw Run, Lightning Rod. (I just tried to name all of them by memory, let me know if I forgot one). Maybe a cool video next could be which parks get a ground up RMC?

Bandit would be an amazing RMC. It would do so much for Moviepark. First RMC in Germany. Finally a good thrillride for moviepark. But if you RMC bandit you would punch a whole in the parks lineup. It is the only ride that is not a cute family coaster or a big multi looper

Loup-Garou, Walibi Belgium. Over 20 year old not loved Vekoma wooden coaster, sister coaster Robin Hood already RMCd at Walibi Holland into Untamed, and strong relation with RMC as they are about to build an RMC single rail too. Obvious candidate to RMC!

King's island is never going to Rmc the Racer or the beast because The beast has held the guinness world record for the longest wooden roller coaster in the world ever since it opened way back in 1979 plus there both rollercoaster landmarks That are not allowed to be Rmc

Sadly due to supply issues and ability for rocky mountain constructions to ship to Canada will mean the track will have to be manufactured locally, this will probably jack up the the prices of a conversion and probably make it double the price. RMC wilde beast will probably never happen. and due to six flags being six flags... I can confidently say that monster is not going anywhere. also it is confirmed that the gravity group is planning on retracking wilde beast :)

I'm a fan of wooden coasters but honestly, I feel they can all be improved by being RMC'd. And I'd include the mighty El Toro to that list. It's great but since it's so intense it's gotten rough.

Loup-Garou at Walibi Belgium is another candidate. The ride is kinda bad, and seeing the success of Untamed at Walibi Holland it would make sense to also give this thing the RMC-treatment. Only issue I could see for it not happening is that it's still reasonbly populair with guests for some reason

Loup Garou is pretty good ngl. But i am used to Bandit so......... But for real. I had 1 ride in the middle of the train and got good airtime. And the Layout is also nice. I dont see it getting rmcd

I think when it comes to Bandit there are more issues than the owner not wanting to convert it. I heard about legal stuff here in Germany and I think the neighbors of the park don’t like things being built in the park. Bandit has been the first big coaster I have ridden and I still hope that they’ll eventually let RMC do their job 🥹

My home park is Kings Island, and let me just say, the best compromise would be simply making a raptor in the vortex plot and keeping all the woodies untouched so that no one can go and fill a giant gap in the park

I rode Hoosier Hurricane for the first time in 20 years last weekend. It is definitely not bearable! It was soooo rough. It would be so nice if it were RMC’d!

I've heard _RUMORS_ that The Boss at Six Flags St. Louis will get an RMC conversion for 2025 for the coaster's 25 anniversary. Do NOT quote me on that, as the only evidence I have is a few RU-vid comments and maybe a Reddit post talking about an interview with SFStL's general manager. I have not been able to find this interview, so take this with a grain of salt. It's my home park, so I kind of hope we get a big investment like that. (I really want to ride the Boss, but everyone I know whose been on it strongly advises me not to because of the roughness, and I head the warnings.)

I cannot agree with zeus at mnt olympus, it has pretty great airtime at many points and is the smoothest not topper track woodie ive ever been on, its a fun out and back layout and imo is better than hades because of hades roughness

5. Arrow mine trains (just throwing it out there) 4. Wilde Beast (or should I say "Wildcat (Coney Island)" as commentary on all the clones lol) 3. Wildcat (Lake Compounce)* 2. Monstre 1. Magnus Colossus *This is not a classic from the 20s. It is a 1985 Dinn coaster. I may say "don't touch the classics" but Wildcat was destroyed by Dinn long ago. And GCI didn't help matters, to put it lightly.

steel vengeance had a lot of issues upon opening mainly structural issues but also two trains collided and a drive tire fell out. Twisted timbers had a lot of issues upon opening aswell, the two trains would run at different speeds and one would just completely blow through the break run everytime (which would trip the computer) and railblazer has been problematic for cedar fair (though they knew that that was what you get for a prototype model)

@@RCETown Cheers for that, hadn't heard about SteVe's issues, and always thought TT non-duels were down to the ops team. Understandable CF is a bit unhappy with them. Hopefully Wildcat makeover is a massive win for Hershey and CF decide to try again. Great vid btw!

I wouldn’t complain if Wild Beast got RMC’d, but I’d honestly prefer if Minebuster was RMC’d instead, because one - RMCcould spruce up the layout a lot more and could even make the longest stall ever and goes over the water park bridge! (have you seen those hills?) Two - the theming could work wonders for Frontier Canada. And Three - Wild Beast is getting retracked by The Gravity Group this offseason, so that thing isn’t going anywhere, anytime soon. But again… Canada and RMC. Two things that don’t exactly go together. Us Canadian Coaster Enthusiasts can only dream… 😔

i genuinely never heard of anyone hating The Boss at Sixflags St. Louis. Even as the ride got older, it’s still one of the top coasters at the park. It’s just extremely rough. Many people have complained to Sixflags for years now to RMC it, but they ignore it every time.

I can guarantee you that RMC is going to be very busy for the next few years. That new wild Moose coaster is going to be a big hit. There are a TON of parks with old mice that need replacing, and lots of others with plots where a mouse once stood.

I dont think it will happen anytime soon.... But as a Pittsburgh Native, I would love to RMC any of the 3 woodies at Kennywood! I think Racer would be the best option, but Thunderbolt would also be an amazing terrain design by RMC. Jack Rabbit is probably too small/old. All 3 are so iconic, so I doubt it will happen

I'm sorry but looking at giant dipper being rmc'd in a Californians perspective is like looking at cyclone being rmc'd in a new Yorkers perspective and nobody wants that coaster to be rmc'd anytime soon because of how historic it is just like the giant dipper
