Same here. The worst part is being screened out when you have completed many qualifying questions. I was fortunate to join Prolific in 2020 when it was still accepting new accounts. That is the only survey/study platform I get money from because you only see studies you qualify for and then click if the study is not full yet.
I have months on end. I have yet to receive one payment. When it ask to redeem then says select payment type to add account number then above that it says add your name. It's the same box. So I add both in the same box.. my name and my pay pal account number .. some I went back and added my routing # feeling as though that's why. I've never received a penny .

You need to connect a bank account to your PayPal account. I'm no longer up to date as I last connected 4 years ago and the only bank they worked with was FNB. If the process is still the same, you will have to go on the FNB website and create a profile, it was easier to pop in at a bank branch and have them set it up for you. But please check if the y accept other banks by going on your PayPal account and select "Transfer Money" - "Link a bank" and take it from there. Also click the "More Transfer Options" tab to go to the FNB option There is another option but i'm finding it costly nowadays. It's using peer2peer options like AirTM, it's instant but charges more transfer fees. Please research it further to see how to get started.

You can add any bank but you need to do it via FNB website. I have added another bank and I get to choose which account I want to transfer my money to.
