Maahir legacy has gotten me more compliments than any designer or niche fragrance the last 10 months.. . As far as middle eastern its been #1 cdnmi, #2 maahir legacy #3 rasasi dareej..
I actually spray Amethyst on a couple of the chairs in my lobby at work and people come in raving about how good it smells. It’s my way of getting my fix for the scent since it’s too hot to wear it outside right now. 😂 Both men and women though leave telling me they’re going to have to buy it.
I love this video. I bought Lattafa Qaed Al Fursa based off your recommendation and I love it so much! I am really interested in checking out Asad, Intense Silver, Legacy, and Zanzibar for my next purchases. I love your reviews. I love the honesty and the detailed breakdowns. Thanks again!
Recently bought two bottles of Honor & Glory, I knew I’d be making a mistake if I didn’t grab a back up bottle the second I put my nose to it. Gorgeous stuff from Lattafa.
As a lady, I am LOVING Honor and Glory. I cannot keep my nose off my wrist. I agree there is nothing particularly masculine OR feminine about it, it’s up to the wearer to define the fragrance, which I find makes it unique and versatile. I bought Legacy for my 12 year old starting his cologne game, and he loves it! Has youthful Sprite vibes.
I have both and I cannot wait for the weather to cool down here in west Texas so I can wear Honor and Glory. I just got it in today and I’m wearing it a home where it’s climate controlled lol. It is like nothing I’ve even smelled before. So freaking good!
The fragrance world is so funny... I've been watching videos of lattafa / clones / cheap but good frags for so long, yet I never seen some of the ones you listed here... Great video, keep up the great work Ross!
To clear up my doubts with all the hype, I tried Asad Zanzibar at an Arabic perfume shop. The opening seemed quite good to me, but when it started to dry down, I got a super salty and vinegar-like iris smell, and it even gave me a headache and nausea. I'm not sure if I'm sensitive to these notes or if the tester flask had definitely expired. As a more versatile, everyday perfume with a pleasing fragrance, would you prefer Badee Al Oud Honor & Glory or Asad Zanzibar? In any case, nice review!
First! Good vid Ross, I think people should start looking a little bit closer to Lattafa. They actually have pretty good references at a really affordable prices.
I was super happy with the performance on asad zanzibar! Also if you don't have ejaazi Intensive Silver or Maahir Legacy, you need it! Keep up the hard work Ross!
I thought I was the only one who got fruit punch and rose from Sublime. I wore Honor and Glory in 90 degree weather and this chick couldn't get her nose off my neck 😅
So I took your advice and Atlus and holy shit is that thing intense 😂😂😂 I got it and on the first day I sprayed four sprays, each wrist and two on the neck. Absolutely filled the room anywhere I went! I went COMPLETELY nose blind to. Washed my damn clothes and my house has smelled like Megamir for a week straight 😭😭
I just got Asad two days ago. Its been on my radar for months and finally pulled the trigger on it. It is a tester, so maceration has already taken place. I clearly see why its so popular. Its literally a swiss army knife of a fragrance. With it being as strong as it is, I'm getting away wearing this in the summer. Now, I only use about 6 sprays with 2 of them on exposed skin and it's majestic! I've smelled Sauvage before and its about 70 to 75% in my opinion and that's perfectly fine with me. Excellent fragrance!
I really enjoy these "best of" reviews! I would greatly appreciate it if you did a best of rose fragrance vid. I've been looking to add more rose dominant fragrances to my arsenal. I currently have Bade'e al Oud Sublime in my cart. 🍻 From this list I own... Qaed al Fursan, Asad, Khamrah Qawha, & Honor & Glory!
Great selection! I have some of these. It's just that I do not like the smell of rose in my fragrances. So, I stay away from the rose heavy fragrances. Otherwise, a really solid 10. Unfortunately, we don't have access to all of the Middle Eastern fragrances here in Toronto. Luckily, I have a local shop that has a great selection. Thanks for all the sound advice and great reviews! 👍
Without a doubt…Asad and Maahir are my two best purchases this year….gorgeous stuff I can’t stop spraying…and that’s without even mentioning the “they’re almost giving this away for free” price tag
I bought a decant of Zanzibar when it first came out and the coconut/vanilla opening was very off-putting. When the price dropped to $20, I decided to buy it to add it to my collection. It smells totally different. Out of the bottle, I get spices and incense that I don't get in the decant. I'm still not in love with it, but I can appreciate it.
I also bought Zanzibar on pre-order and hated it the moment I sprayed it. Initially I couldn't smell any coconut, only vanilla and lots of salt. I've let it macerate since I purchased it to see if it would change; however, I just sprayed it and it has not gotten any better. I abhor it. The only other Lattafa fragrance that I consider worse is Ana Abiyedh Leather. It was so bad that I finally had to give it away.
I own Khamrah and qahwa version along honor and glory. I'll say the Khamrahs have a very cinnamon candle like smell in the opening I do feel like I am walking through a seasonal store BUT in the dry downs oooh are they apple pie and sweet and not as cinnamon. I did just get them 3 weeks ago so letting them mancerate i like them. As for honor and glory, very pinapple very creamy and sugary, in the opening I get this synthetic like play dough kinda cream for a bit, but once again the dry down just like a pinapple upside down cake. I enjoy all 3
Super good review. Thank you for sharing this with us. I just got Atlas and my staff was absolutely thrilled with how it smells. I got a lot of compliments from it. I’m going to buy some of these based off your recommendations and see if we have similar experiences. Thanks again.
Thanks Ross! From this list I have Amethyst, Maahir Legacy Silver, Qaed al Fursan, Khamrah, Sublime, Honor & Glory. I rehomed my bottle of Asad away. I am not a fan of Sauvage, but the person that I gave the bottle to LOVES the Asad. Of the list Qaed, Amethyst and Honor & Glory are my faves. I also have Oud for Glory, Royal Blanc and Eternal Oud(has a nice MFK Gran Soir scent profile). Ejaazi and Atlas are on my radar for furture grabs.
@@Alal-x8e its nice. To me it is a fresh herbal, greenish, a little sweet and fresh soap/ lather to it, maybe a little bit of smoke in the background as well. I feel its for us older guys more than 25yo or younger crowd. It has a old time/ classic kind of smell to it. I like it on days that I want something fresh and sort of light, not to offensive or complex for others to deal with. My bottle has macerated for awhilenow, it lasts a solid 8 hours or more on clothes I generally lean on my rose ouds combos or some gourmands depending on my mood.
Yes,these are surely the ten of the fifteen best lattafa's. I would have referred Emeer, Al Nashama caprice, Maahir black edition, Amiral oudh intense oud and Masa but as i said this is a video just to the point. Agree 100%
Ross, I blind purchased alot of my fragrancss. I have Ejaazi Intense Silver, it is a solid fragrances. On my radar is Lattafa Atlas. I also have few other Lattafa mentioned in this list. Keep up the great reviews.👍🏾
Awesome Lattafa video. I'm happy to possess, Sublime, Zanzibar and Asad. I'm surprised Vintage Radio [ own ] did not make the list [ I was rooting for it too lol ].
Hi, how are you? I just suscribed, first time watching ur channel, and i have a question for you. Remember Givenchy very irresistible for men? A fragance that was discontinued, and i wanna know if you know any fragance similar to that one, thanks. Cheers from argentina
I enjoy your content as always! I'm taking Justin Copeland's advice in being more patient and buying fragrances with higher quality. I've bought some cheapest on blind buys. Lattafa khamrah qawah! I enjoy the scent. I'm looking forward to getting a sample of Angel's share and Apple brandy on the rocks. Keep up the great content!
So far, my only "blind buy" regrets are a few of the Creed Aventus clones (not that I won't keep looking and hoping to find that perfect one), Fragrance World's John Gustav Homme Amaze (to be fair, I never did smell Le Beau), and Liquid Brun (well, actually, I'm still a little undecided about this one).
I have 9 of those and they are all great! Don't gave Atlas, but got choas in the ocean instead. May still end up with Atlas at some point. Ejazi Silver is my favorite Lattafa!
I have six out of these 10...I like some and love others with Khamrah Coffee being my least favorite...I prefer the original over the flanker...today I layered Honor & Glory with Qaed Al Furson Unlimited (the white bottle) and it was a hit...
I have them all but Atlas has not been released in Australia but love them all they all project better then designer fragrances on me personally I prefer the twist in a fragrance then the og and get a tone of compliments.
Hello. Do you know of websites that I can purchase colonges & clones where I may compare The Two? Also would Parfum, Toiletries, Perfume would the clone fall out of the same element of the Originals? Thanks. Oh Ps...does Latiffia have samples or if i can buy samples?
I need review on lattafa opulent oud just bought and I kinda like it I don’t know may be I’m wrong but for me it gives a bit vibe of Bentley intense but more rose in it but i want to know more from ur experience please
Great info bro, I'll have to check a few out. I have several Lattafas, buty favorite is Vintage Radio. I also prefer the regular Khamrah over the Qahwa. Noses are such a subjective organ. Lol
I get compliments on badee al oud amethyst and honor and glory both are fireee.... the red one I never got complimented on though... khamrah qahwa I got complimented on... wearing the OG khamrah someone said smelled like a scent from bathandbodyworks 😂😂😂 I don't know how I should feel about that lol
I feel with a lot of these lattafas you kind of have to let them sit and macerate a while and come back to them. A lot of times I was put off by the initial spray but then enjoy them after letting them sit.
I got the ejaazi silver, mahir legacy, honor and glory, and the amethyst and qaed al fursan and like them, but tbh ejaazi silver is not close to la nuit de l'homme blue electrique, try lattafa al nashama caprice. Thats almost spot on blue electrique😉😉
There are sooooo many Lattafa scents out there, it's so hard to list just ten. Some bangers from my collection to add to this list: Wajood, Emeer, Blend of Lattafa, Eternal Oud, Qaed, and Al Nashama/Vintage Radio.
What's happening Ross the Boss? I love the Lattafa house. Cheaper quality. I own Karamah OG, Ejizah silver, Ashad, Zanzibar, Quad Al Fasan, Atlas has been sold out. Atlas is a pass for me. I am going to go for Liam Blue and Gray. How is the white bottle of Quad Al Fasan? I gave the OG Quad Al Fasan bottle to a friend for her birthday last year
