Hi, recently i found your channel and i like your videos, i have played almost every Monster Hunter games since 2005, but now i can only play using eyetracker device because i cant move at all, I suffer from muscular dystrophy so thats why i cant move. Im so hyped for Wilds, im happy that Kut-ku will be back, i was waiting for it a long time.
I want Gammoth, Seltas Queen and Agnaktor so bad, it's been a while. They're incredible monsters, they need a next gen glow-up. Also having Dalamadur as the DLC final title update like Fatalis or Primordial Malzeno would be epic
Great Video! Personally I don’t think we need Barroth or Voldivon considering we just had them in rise, plus congalala is a perfect replacement for Voldivon, sadly tho Voldivon has never got a subspecies/variant. And barroth has always just been a monster that no one really strikes an eye to in today monster hunter games. I do hope Nerscylla, Setlas and S. Queen, and Qurupeco is brought back!
Thanks for watching! Nerscylla would be great to have in Wilds, especially because they can re-use Barina's skeleton, making it easier to implement its moves in the game.
Qurupeco and Lagiacrus would be amazing and also bring back underwater swimming and every water sea monster from Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate including Dire Miralis and Ceadeus Wilds Wishlist - Ceadeus - Dire Miralis - Lagiacrus - Gobul - Qurupeco - Royal Ludroth - Great Jaggi
I absolutely agree with the greet jaggi decision but for some specific reasons! One is that while yes it would make an amazing entry monster, great jaggi can easily scale to endgame with a variant or rare species or even subspecies, possibly a variant, turn the memes into a reality truly make it a powerful monster. I know it has long shot and a biased choice, but I feel like if you can scale something like yian garuga ti endgame with scarred, a dragon based or scarred or injured Greta jaggi variant empowered by the effects of whatever it was afflicted by isn’t too far off. Second reason is that I also aggre with the armor argument as the armor and weapons can scale to endgame level and can be used with peak efficiency, a fully upgraded great jaggi weapon could reach 340+ base attack and enter purple sharpness easily. Great video by the way! Most of your choices make so much sense!
Started off strong, then you lost me with Anjanath until Lagiacrus! Ok, Daimyo is kinda hype, BUT I would rather see Ceanataur. I also would love to see Gore, Shagaru, and I'm hopeful Congalala means Blangonga.
Monsters i want to see 1. Lao Shan but with a better fight 2. Cephalos for the dessert area 3. Lagiacrus 4. Akantor or Ukanlos 5. Agnaktor 6. You know what screw it bring them all back
So with the team stating they found it hard to includ Kut Ku because his role in the game is so similar to other mothers, I find it difficult to believe they will add yet another monster people see to be an early game tutorial monster like Jaggie. Same can also be said for Monoblois.
I don't know if it'll happen 'cause the game isn't really focused on Elden dragons, but man Fighting Namielle on that Water area in the Scarlet forest would be awesome. Maybe on the DLC we could fight White Fatalis or just Fatalis, I love it's design, concept and on top of that I can finally have the wings on a female character, something that always made me salty.
Great vid, nonetheless I think you picked a lot of "no-brainers" Anjanath is just an easy pick. I did agree with monsters like Nibelsnarf, Tetsucabra and Lagiacrus since those do need some more time in the spotlight for the new gen.
Probably they will bring from rise so i hope they bring - goss harag - magnmalo - Malzeno And i hope they bring nothing from World except Nergigante Sadly i didnt play older but there is the whale who swim in sand looks cool af i wanna fight him 😂
Nothing from world but the N-word dragon bro you are seriously missing out on the goats of the monster hunter franchise -Tzitzi Ya Ku -Dodogama Absolutely the best
I think we would be ok without Barroth, Voldivon, and if we get Anjanath id just want fulgur Anjanath to keep it interesting because I've seen enough of regular Anjanath
The blos fights are way too similar so monoblos needs the lunastra treatment. He needs a new move set and moves that diablos does not have. The easiest way to do this is to let him fly... a bit. Imagine him comboing short times in the air to dive bomb you with his digging attacks. Have him dig, pop up, hang in the air for a second, to then dive bomb you with his horn. Or have an alternate combo path where he flies up, to dive at you, then does a digging attack afterwords. His enrage could also let him have a 3 move combo of these 2 moves in either a 1 2 1 or a 2 1 2 combo. The team like extending combos for rage mode and this would be perfect for that. Great jaggi's in a unique postion amongst pack raptors, his lesser minions have distinct differences between the smaller males and females. An easy way to make his fight more engaging, apart form giving him like 1 more call or roar to command his pack, would be to give the males and females in his team different tractics based on which ones are present for each call. This way you could have any mix of the 2 types and have to watch out for that, as his calls will cause different behaviors based on who's with him. I want all the pack monsters to have more unique Ai and interaction within their fights to make each stand out. An idea I had for gendrome is to embrase the raptor quartet memes from GU and make that the gendrome's gimmick. Have him call a bigger group, setting asside 4 to stand in this quartet formation on the dge of the battlefield away from the fray as a morale boost to the troops. If leave them alone they will be more coordinated, if you start killing them they will enrage immediately, and if you kill all of them the squad will be demoralized and much less aggressive. Anjanath could take a break, in my opinion. Rise did improve him, by making him able to ramp up to using fire much more often and gave him more fire moves too, which was nice. We need a new crab, more than almost anything, because we haven't had a new one since MH2 in 2006. Yep, apart from variations, there's been no new crab for 18 years now and counting. qurupeco needs to happen, with monsters herds and so many new monsters for him to call, it's perfect. Imagine him summoning a full herd to fight you, summoning 2 of them to fight one another, or you fighting a monster only for you to hear its roar in the distance and follow your target as kurupeco called it to help with anotehr fight but didn't realize you would follow it. I would hope we also get his subpsecies, with its much more dangerous element/status combo and ability to call more dangerious monsters. My hope would be that the normal one would gain the subspeceis trait of being allowed to call more than one large monster type, per hunt/individual bird you find, so that both versions can cause as much chaos as possible. Since we have balahara kind of fill a lot of nibblesnarf's niche, I wouldn't be surprised if he's not in Wilds. I would lvoe to see him anyway but it's more likely he'll be in the next portable game. I hope he's in 6th gen in some form. Balahara's existence also confirms that lagi is coming. The devs admitted that the skeleton is finally fixed in an interview from Gamescom, a while back.
I think the new apex that's water based (forget the name) is going to remind me of the agnaktor (however that's spelt). Something about it jumping out of bounds into a pool
I like your reasoning for each monster and all, but did you notice over half of your list are desert monsters? I think the windward plains would be a little overcrowded...
At the time of the recording of this video, the scarlet forest wasn't even a thing, so that's why I made a video with more of a focus on the Windward Plains.
great vid great channel but i hope there is no barroth. i don't think he is complex enough to be featured so many times in a row and still be hype. i will roll my eyes if i see that dood show up again haha. although i won't argue with the logic. he'd fit in great
Great macao > Great jaggi in terms of introduction monsters imo, looks better, teach more stuff. It's the best experience i've had on any of those monsters.
can't stand pekko because all it ends up doing is summoning Deviljho. Every Pekko hunt just turns into a deviljho hunt with extra steps. Would take Giginox over pekko any day.
