All these steps, formula or whatever these youtubers tell you , don’t follow that. Its all rubbish.The only thing you can do ,if you want your computer to be fast is just upgrade your Ram and that’s it.

i did all the settings (except for google chrome as i dont use that browser on my laptop), and i had to pause a few times so i could follow along, as you went a bit too quick. honestly i was worried at first as my laptop had a black screen (i couldnt even access the start menu or taskbar), but i did remember the comments here said DONT FORGET TO RESTART, so i restarted and my laptop runs alot better. SO THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO!!!! :D (if anyone reads this and is unsure how to restart, without holding down the power button, if you press "CTRL, ALT, DELETE" (3 buttons), you will get to the lock screen, go to the bottom right corner, click on the power icon, then click restart.)
