Skyrim in 10 years is gonna be jaw dropping. Imagine Fat Skyrim + BS Cyrodil + Roscrea and all the other projects that might be fully realized. Going from the gold coast to Ban Maluur on horse would be amazing. The modding community of morrowind is still flourishing 25 years after release. I believe it is safe to say that Skyrim will see the same faith.

If not a much MUCH better faith since I don't believe BGS is capable of delivering a good or even just "decent" Elder Scrolls 6 game. I wholeheartedly believe that the legacy of BGS is already over when it comes to new releases. Starfield showed all of us that every last sliver of soul has been completely purged from this company. There is nothing left to give unless BGS changes their way in a 180. Unfortunately, it does not look like they will. So Skyrim is and will be the most advanced and most played Elder Scrolls for the next 10+ years and probably longer. Let's be real here; whatever Elder Scrolls 6 will be when it is finally released, I have zero trust that it will be a good or let alone average game. So after a couple of months in people will just stop playing it same as they did with Starfield.

I honestly believe the only way we'll ever see a full series of ES games is with modders. Bethesda aren't capable of completing it now.

it's great to see this, i always envisioned all different new lands mods working together, it just makes them all feel so much bigger and nice to have the work of different authors it's also important to remember the contributors to these mods, like pulcharmsolis who made many of the armours and mihail who made most of the creatures, and so many more

Compatibility between modded projects is key to make Skyrim more expansive because it cuts down the often heartbreaking choices we have to make in between overlapping mods. I like the cooperation going on here.

I haven't played Skyrim in a few years. Watching all these YT videos, salivating over all the new mods available. Trouble is getting to choose and install them all. Yes, there are modpacks, I know, but don't want to just start blindly downloading GBs of mods.
