I lost over $70k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. My question is: does the core product has to have a set price or is it also possible to have a subscription model as a core product? Will it be confusing for the customer to have two products (core product + product for clients) as a subscription model, so therefore it is better to separate them by choosing different pricing strategies? We are a tour operator company and l think it is possible for level 1 to be a destination information, 2 a visa service, 3 tour packages and 4 some e-card of high quality pictures of the tour.
Another great video. But I’m curious how I can directly translate these into actions for my business or others like it. We make our own jewellery and we don’t do repairs on other manufacturers jewellery. For a business like ours, what translates as a free product that we can give away or a product for leads? Thanks.
