Exactly. We constantly telling ourselves, " I"m in a hurrt, need to speed up. Mostly it ain"t true, and by spedding up, we put ourself at risk. Long ago, I told myselv exactly that, "You need to speed up, see nothing, just consentrate on speed. Go fast. Then this glass suddently stod on the pavement, sharp end up. Me seeing nothing, with a heavy feet,, thin soles. Glas cut right through,, first shoes, then my feet, blood pouring out like crazy. Hospital- ambulance, and pain for days and night. So, as lady says, slow down., for your own sake. Relax.
I used to wake up without an alarm to workout before school years ago. I remember my friends not understanding how and even asking why hahaha I think I was doing what you mentioned without realizing and then it became a habit. Now I do use an alarm, I guess I fear I won’t wake up on time, but I should definitely try again, I do miss waking up feeling relaxed, happy and excited to start the day
Hahaha I love this. I understand the fear of not waking up; been there. But our bodies are wise! If you keep a steady routine (I.e. trying to go to sleep at the same time every day) then you have nothing to worry about, you’ll wake on time. It’s been such a game changer to slowly wake up in the mornings. So definitely try it again, Laura 💗
