There is no wrong way if you're not looking to be right for the sake of being right. Yes, we can always pivot to better anytime. If you can see it before me, lend me your vision. #WORTH2WORTH
This gentleman changed my approach to life and business! His lessons are extremely valuable (if you apply them). Thank you so much, Lewis! As always wonderful!
I think deadlines work. I've been writing on and off for years and am finally finishing a book . My deadline is because I've shared the fact with other people. That alone, gives me incentive and drive.
The world has lost a wonderful soul when we lost Mr. BoB Proctor. I'm devasted, devastating, you must be as well I'm sure, in the fact that I willnever be able to shake that man's hand or be able to enjoy the two of you together on your show. RIP Bob Proctor! 😥
I just wanted to say before this is even a few minutes in but in my opinion Simon Sinek is among the best speakers if not THE best, or my personal favorite, and very informative and shows an interesting perspective on topics
I really like listening to Simon S. speak, he would be an amazing person to work for. Wish some management would take some pointers. Lewis is a fantastic interviewer, he listens and allows his guests to speak!
Building on this great conversation, I think it's worth exploring the mentor or master/disciple relationship and how that enables the disciple to grow and succeed
Great video Lewis thank you‼️ So many of my own personal road blocks and questions got addressed. Starting to implement this knowledge TODAY‼️🙌🏾🤸🏾♀️💫🚀💜
Looking inside does help build self confidence though. Meditation, etc. seen it 1st hand and it's improved my relationships so I have to disagree on the false direction statement 100%. There is so much value from self intrespection. I will say that acts of service matters too, but if you're only working with the external then you're missing out on a lot of resources... valuable resources. There's more to life than just what you see.
Wow this is life changing information! Esp the part about ur strengths are your comfort zone. I never looked at it that way. I am now breaking thru that zone to different ideas about who I want to be in the near future. Thank you 🙏🏻💙
Hi, I am wondering after replying have you done better with working at your strengths and grown. I love L.H and his podcast as it does help me. Thank you....
Love Simkns wisdom but I dont agree that self confidence comes from the external world. Putting confidence in the hands of others around us creates an unstable self confidence . It has to come.from within to prove to ourself we can work through this or that which In turns gives us proof. The more we trust ourself and tap into our own inner wisdom the more confidence we have in our life.
absolutely. Confidence comes from doing something you really enjoy and because you do, you get good, very good at it. That's where confidence really comes from. Others telling you how good you are, NEVER give you confidence, in fact, it gives you the false impression that you are good, which in fact you might not be. (that much) And people often tell others they are good because they judge you base on their own shortcomings...not from actual skills.
He said reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body. Does learning via audibles have the same impact as reading? Is the statement really that learning is to the mind what exercise is to the body?
Yes we should love our work. Employers should be treating staff better, they would get so much more out of staff who love their jobs and feel appreciated¡

I love and believe Simon Sinek but that's not the world we live in unfortunately or the companies we work for... maybe soon in the near future it will be.
All I want to know is why the hell they don't teach this stuff to you in school?? I'm 30 and realised how much I could have achieved if they taught us this stuff instead of useless things like Algebra
I think that’s is how they keep us a sleep. In private schools the national curriculum is different, they introduce this type of information to the kids in most disciplines and those kids become entrepreneurs in a early age. Education is key but is being used against “the poor”. My kid said that in school they teach them to be workers not leaders and that is why he hates school. When he said that I started investigating private schools and there’s a lot of things we are missing
Algebra is not useless. it is gymnastic for the math brain and the basic of programming in computer science. But it is true that; In my private school, we had a course name ''Organizing yourself to succeed in school'' but many things also apply to life itself. Public Scholl has become a daycare place where working moms get their kids off their shoulders... not a place of learning much. 75% of what was learned in school will get lost when starting to work. think about that for a losing time scheme... That's why more parents choose to educate at home or in private schools. Myself, in one year, i learned more in a private school than in 3 years of public one. And i should add that, i was already late at least 1 year if not 2 years behind in almost every other discipline... Public schools only test what was learned at the basic level so they get 99% of people 'pass' the line. In a private school, you get a test every day about what you learned and what you just learned. In a french course, for example, my teacher would arrive in the class almost running and suddenly ask YOU!!! GIVE ME ALL FRENCH CONJUNCTIONS!!! And you HAD TO BE QUICK, otherwise, you would get 'grounded for more practice after school'... and that means no time to play outside with your friends... it was very tough for me but as i said, i learn ALL my french grammar that year alone!!! Teachers in those schools are DEDICATED to the success of their students. And they have fewer people to take care of too which is a blessing for them as it is for the students...
All you say is correct. Problem is you are talking about utopia. Corp structure can't allow a lesser to be a leader or team builder. It feels like competition to the top, that can only be allowed through sycophantic relationships. Classic Machiavellian.
I agree with everything you are putting forward and we have no leaders .We have people with no expeirence ir knowledge in anything only what they need to get them through university to get written paperwork and acheivment certificates from people heading the uni,s and education freaks who also dont know what their doing . Which leads us to where are we heading ? The more things that change the more things remain the same .We are only human Let the educationalists educate the Darliks and leave us alone .🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
To learn Spanish well learn and then get a Spanish girlfriend or friend - engage in daily conversation, go on a Spanish holiday Interacting and engaging in the language will teach you far more
But to have true self confidence you need to know you’ll be fine without friends, Education. And not being afraid to be alone with yourself. Knowing you always have the strength to get up and create a new social group, knowing just because you didn’t lost that one great thing doesn’t mean you aren’t good enough, and not being afraid to try new things to find new passions. Ofcourse we learn a lot about friendship and all but its both to look inside and to look to your friends. Or atleast if you want to be happy and not just confident. I honesty really don’t agree with this guy. I’ve also never wanted to be powerfull, i just want to be happy.
Most speakers are full of... They believe they know stuff when they know very little. Happiness is directly connected to how you believe you are doing in life, not to how you are really doing. Most rich people are not happier than you are because, in fact, they often have to do things that don't make them happy. for example, i know someone who, every week, come to me and ask me ''so, what about you?'' after he said to me how bad he feels having to come to work weekends morning, and evenings... although he keeps telling me he owns 3 companies, lol ;) So, is he happier to own 3 cies but have to come to work every weekend? Nope. He hates it. Keep saying how bad his situation is, yet, he makes a lot of money... Funny that i only work 32 hours a week, yet i am enjoying 4 days off and enjoying a life of doing what i enjoy. Of course, i would love to do more money with my passion, but NOTHING replaces a passion. Passion is the key to happiness. Learn to do something that you really will enjoy 'most' of the time. If there is one lesson in life i would like to tell everyone, it is this one...
Your newest podcast with Anthony O'Neal should not be preaching mutual funds.. they are the worst and almost never outperform the market. ETFs are much better.
