They spent months experimenting to achieve the perfect balance of cinnamon, sugar, and dough, which ultimately led to the birth of the Cinnabon brand.

For the dough:
- 7 grams of dry yeast
- 200 ml of milk
- 160 grams of softened butter
- 200 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 500 grams of flour (for dough) + ~100 grams (for dusting)

- 30 grams of softened butter
- 60 grams of cream cheese
- 120 grams of powdered sugar
