So basically a man was offering people to take pictures with his monkey for money or something I'm not completely sure, but he had put up a sign that in bold letters read DO NOT TOUCH MONKEY, eventually after a bit of taking pictures someone had directly disobeyed the sign and put their arm on the monkey. The monkey had then gone completely wild and TORE THEIR FACE OFF.
