Every single day it was hunting down birds from a nearby playground. I had Rajapalayam and Kombai at the same time. I still miss those days.. nothing could stand infront of when these two pair up together.. Now my cousin is hunting with a Chippi parai. Definitely these dogs are treasures.
Kombai Rajapalayam Chipiparai.... are all mentioned in the Tamil literature dates back to 350 - 250 BC Rajapalayam is even used in war in southern kingdoms in India. They all are in the verge of extinction and we are trying to prevent it.

There's a rare breed of Indian dog called the junangi...An average but very well sculpted dog With a wrinkled forehead and a nice bounce in its walk. Mostly seen around coastal villages of Goa and Kerala this is a fish eating dog and has a tight shiny coat very fine almost like a velvet texture. It's almost odorless and makes an interesting sight on doggy walks. It's so rare I think there are very few left in India of this breed
Gadi kutta/bakarvali kutta is very common in j&k,n himachal villages. I am from j&k,this breed is very brave n never afraid of leapord or other enemy and thus protect cattle.
I am from rajapalayam... some people sell street dogs in the name of rajapalayam dog to innocent people for money... check twice before you buy a dog in rajapalayam.. dog is white in color and the nose is pink color.... very loyal and brilliant dog I like them very much 💜💜💜
