Today I’m taking a look at the Jordan 1 High 85 Georgetown. This is a Jordan 1 Intended to give you the experience of the original 1985 Jordan 1. This definitely isn’t your regular Jordan 1 Retro that we get every month, it’s got some special details & differences. This Georgetown colourway is incredibly clean & goes with so many fits, definitely an easy addition to the rotation. In terms of release details, They’ve already had an Asian & UK/EU release earlier this month however will be coming to the US on April 2nd.

This colorway is beautiful. A must cop for me. If I don’t hit for retail, I’ll even pay resell. If y’all really want a pair just pay resell, it’s not that big of a deal. Money comes and goes.

To me they have great authentication team and are at all the sneaker events and I have verified all my sneakers from them and all pass. I rock with them and u can talk to to seller before buying to know if they cool and shit

Caught 'em as well, thought about selling to mate that's been stoked since the first peek but heck I can't let em go. The presumed Chicagos might top them but otherwise I'm not sure that any 1's will do in quite a while. I agree on these being better than the neutral grey one's. And congrats on the snkrs catch! that's unheard of! i got mine from SNS Sthlm, I have a sick record from those guys.

Hey Elliot, congrats on 80K! Question, I moved from the US to Italy about 8 months ago. How can I try to get on these releases here in Europe? The SNKR app is different from the US. When I am able to purchase through the SNKR US app, I have to have them shipped to my house in US then I can't get the shoes for 5 months or so until I make a trip back. So rather get a chance to snatch up here in Europe so I can wear them quicker. thanks in advance

The thing holding the 85s back is that crappy plasticky finish they keep using. They got the type of leather correct, but not the paint. It’s the same thing they use on the newer dunks and Air Forces. Sure it makes them more durable, but at the same time it ruins both the look and feel of the leather.

I'm happy I was able to hit these on the snkrs-app this leather is stiff but it's good leather ones u wear them in the leather will get soft like butter stiff leather don't always mean bad leather it's just the cut of leather on these are thick but with time u will see how soft and buttery they will get if u a old head this will bring u memory of wen we useto to get jordan with high quality materials

I have the varsity red 85 on size 11 which is my size and they are super narrow and kinda run small so same with this ones? I have wide fit, i have son many AJ1s on 11 and they are perfect for my but the varsity red 85s, so should i go half size bigger on this?
