The SFR Part was a great Tipp. I love when I feel the muscle i want to feel, rather than multiple other muscles at the same time which just tires me out.😄
The best tip I ever got for the back is to always hook the bar with the middle, index, and pinky fingers and to never grasp the bar with thumb and pointing finger until you hit failure the other way. Use technique on all pulls and if you need some assistance, use lifting straps to help out those three fingers.
Regarding the 'do three', I'd personally say pick a row, pick a vertical pull and pick a pullover. Dumbbell pullovers have started giving me more v-taper than ever
