I don't agree with the seasonal pitches , it is a "Touring caravan" at the end of the day, seasonal pitches along with Crampervans just choke up campsite pitch availability. If you want a seasonal pitch buy a static. Great videos
Been to so many sites where only one or two spaces available and yet 90% is seasonal and no one there. yes the site get payment but the last site we went to several people were turned away, the campsite had a bar / cafe and food outlet that were all closed, even the receptionist said before they took on seasonal units the bar etc all stayed open in winter as had plenty of customers. Sounds like the seasonal pitches just rock up occasionally with their own food and sit in their vans.
Statics are an unregulated market and a sure fire way to get ripped off for tens of thousands. Several recent documentaries and large dedicated facebook groups have shown statics are to be avoided at all costs.
Hi Mark thanks for the blog I've just got to ask my caravan has come back from service but I switched on the unit to check my battery voltage but nothing is working do you think that they have isolated it or should I plug in the electric to check cheers
Hi Tony, I would check the battery is connected, then check the fuse panel, if it's a swift it may have the little black button, you have to press to get the power through. There is a fuse sometimes at the back of the battery box also. 👍 Let us know what van it is if still not working.
You just mentioned electric bikes please please don’t review products you no nothing about the last one you did was excruciating to watch. Stick to the product you no well caravans an Motohome’s ..
