I think you need to make them understand that most the salaries you mentioned here needs experience. You mentioned property lawyer, you can't practice law in Ireland without first writing the exam to be registered in Ireland. I have so many people who got a Master degree in law here but can't practice because the still need to write the exam. They process in getting a work permit takes lots of time but no employer can wait that long. My wife was here to register as a nurse they whole process was so huge and she later settled for uk.
This, i mentioned In the video, if you watched everything, I mentioned it depends on your skills, experience and also what the company wants to pay you. The video isn’t about the process to get these jobs but about the jobs you can get that would get you employment permit and then lead to a PR.
