I’ve been waiting for you to review these series lenses as I’ve seen them and it’s has a really competitive price. I already have the 7Artisans Vision series so I’m curious on how they stand against them. Awesome! Thank you so much for the great review. Keep this videos coming!
I'm looking at getting these lenses for an A7 IV, but I'm tossing get three of a variety rather than the 35,50,85 mm kit. That being said, pairing with a full frame, what are your recommendations between the 10mm and the 16mm?
Could I use these on Sony Full frame like my A7S2 in apsc mode or would I be better saving for full frame Cine lenses for that. I also have my trusty GH6 M43
Very good video! The example images are incredible as always. I currently have the Vision series, I love its luminosity and its "character". Without a doubt these have a more modern look and make up for the lack of focal lengths of the Vision series. You who have tried both series, do you think this Hope series is better? It's a shame that 7artisans left the Vision series there.
Nice to have another budget option, but T2.1 on s35 sensor is not fast enough. Laowa Argus s35 T1 are more expensive but have unique look at T1 and crazy sharp from T1.4
Plenty fast enough for filmmaker who light scenes. “Run and gun” videographers probably shouldn’t even use cinema lenses. I light every scene when using cinema glass and so should every one else who takes the image seriously
@@JasonMorrisphotocinemait's nice to have fast wide tho. So you can close iris and still get decent amount of light. And you can't always light for very wide scene
