Now that Halo Infinite's multiplayer Tenrai event has concluded for another week and speculation of the tactical ops leak not coming to fruition, we're at least making progress in Halo Infinite's shop, with some prices looking better. Although I did want to cover in this video what I think would make me spend more money in Halo Infinite. I think I found the answer...
In this video I talk about a big benefit of Microsoft buying Activision and Bethesda, resulting in Halo Infinite's shop potentially becoming much better, as well as what other franchises such as Fortnite and Rocket League made successes by bringing in other games to their shop.

I'd love to see a gears of war cross over, gears 5 had a halo crossover so seeing a cog soldier I'm infinite would bring it full circle

I'd love for Halo to expand and incorporate different franchises. That said, I'm pretty sure that if they do it, they're gonna be doing it with the Armor Kit system. Meaning you can either use the full armor set, or nothing. Now I've said this time and again, but I want them to stop using cores and kits. We should be able to mix and match everything, like we've always been able to, and it would actually be way more authentic to Halo that way. Every other game does it the way I mentioned. Halo could kind of innovate the concept by letting us mix, for instance, the Doom helmet with Fallout armor. That way, you have true freedom to bring stuff together the way you want. It's insane to me that we're 3 months passed release and we still don't have cross core, even though the entire community is asking for it. Come on 343

Hopefully crossover armors get lore-ified, not just halo-ified aesthetically, but with yoroi being non -canon, it's probably a stretch, and I understand that it's knitpicky. But in my defense: I know what the ladies like

i dont think crossovers is what we need at least right now. i think we need a better store system instead of armor coating we need color pallets 1 the default then one with glazed one with matted texture one with camos etc etc... that way the old fans are happy with there default colors that old halo had and new players can still buy into the color pallets and enjoy the extra customization. i havent worked out how much they should charge for each color pallet maybe the same as the battle pass 10 dollars or 20 dollars? i know i would totally buy into this and rock the most tacticool spartan out there and as an extension to the color pallets another payed customization option would be advanced details so the default would be alot like old halo again primary secondary maybe third small detail like halo 3 but advanced you would be able to customize all 7 colors where the primary color on default would just fill in lets say 5 of the 7 color spaces and the secondary and third would fill in the rest and instead of armor coating being payed it would just be a way for us to save our specific armor color sets

It's one of those things where they should just go all in with it, So Star Wars could give us armours to look like Mandalorian, Storm Trooper, Boba Fett or Darth Vader Superhero crests could be done as chest pieces so Superman, Batman, Green Lantern etc Other items that could work would be Robocop (at least the body), T800's head.

Fortnite and Rocket League are games that can add these styles and characters or vehicles with ease to appeal to every audience due to their game genre and setting. Add non-Halo armour kits etc to Halo and Halo becomes less Halo. It just doesn't work. Yeah cool idea. But nah.

I do NOT want any crossover armor that wouldn't fit Halo's visual style for MJOLNIR armor. As is, the Yoroi core is pushing it: while the helmets, shoulders, etc alone fit okay, the base core doesn't look Sci-Fi. The Dieselpunk/Steampunk set we know will be the next Fracture armor looks even more off, not Sci-Fi in the slightest and even the specific pieces not fitting at all. I'm not inherently opposed to crossover armor, but it would need to be seriously redesigned to fit into Halo's aeshetic and to match how Mark V, VI (Gen 1), and VII MJOLNIR looks

Nothing will make Infinite's store "worth it." I used to think it was possible but was Infinite's store worth the state of the game? BTB gone for over a month, no Forge or campaign co-op at launch, less launch features, modes, and maps than Halo 5? This store has KILLED ANY kind of hype this game may have had at one point.

Please no please. crossovers irks me so much for halo. Lets just use in game stuff. We had to suffer 4s warframe esque look that we still see the remnants of. We need more for the universe in universe. I am extremely against crossovers. I say as a cat spartan. What makes the “nordic” helm from 3 diff is its a fantasy Spartan helmet. With horns. Idgaf what the “market” says, I care about the fans. Making good content for us long time halo fans that is good will give you a shit ton of capitol, and increase your longevity. Crossovers are for a “broader audience” and we see how thats going. I hope this was satire and Im just malding but holy forerunners this is not what infinite needs. “Hey everyone! MORE MONETIZATION!!!” Give us money give us money give us money” How about addressing how us 1st season battlepass purchasers got screwed out of Lone Wolves cuz NOW you offering earn able credits? Charging even further for our fav helms. I wanted my hazop but noooo thats behind another paywall! Sure I was able to get the ears, but thts the only piece of customization I could afford. Ffs I dont want to pay for something not halo when I cannot even afford the new pass 🙃 after we were already told we wouldn’t need to buy another one.

I would like to see ZERO crossovers. I would prefer 343 to keep the artistic integrity of Halo a live. So many games do crossovers and cause the game to become a complete artistic mess. This isn't Fornite. We need Halo to stay unique. There is so much cool stuff in the Halo universe, the last thing we need is crossovers that have no place in the franchise. Doing crossovers would just be following another dumb trend that does nothing but add unrelated bullshit

Never really said that Halo and Fornite should do a collab, was just observing that Halo and Fortnite had already done one in their game and Fortnite's collabs in general were big successes.
