Hey Mystic, I thought id let you know that you Need Both a Male and Female Unfesant because they look completely different from each other. That being said, you technically need to evolve a shiny Pidove of each gender all the way to complete the dex.

Update!!! Over 100 km walked. Over a hundred eggs hatched. Boosted shinies = “1”😅. Larvesta = “1”. 😊 I think somebody forgot to tell the 2/5/10 km eggs that they were boosted this week. 😬

Chansey candy is not super random as Chansey is the pokemon to always hold an egg, so in this egg event it is logical to be put a bit on the foreground

Got my first Larvesta after 60 eggs. Did a total of 160+ egg hatches in the last couple of days, managed to get 2 of them. Zero shinys from my hatches however

I feel like Niantic (or Pokemon Company) made the Larvesta so hard to hatch because they were tired of producing new content, trying to make it at least somewhat available to new players, and then having tons of players be able to get the new pokemon and all its forms within a couple days. What this does is leave the players who are able to get those pokemon so fast then left bored and awaiting the next update of content. They can only output it so fast, and if it just gets sucked dry like that then there is less longevity to the game. So they make Larvesta insanely difficult to hatch from eggs, and take 400 candy to evolve. And, of course, there are STILL people who got Volcarona on day 1 of the event!

Yea after 70+ eggs with not a single shiny, (or Larvesta for that matter) I call BS on the "increased shiny odds". Congrats on yours, though! 8D

Not gonna lie, the animation of the eggs in the thumbnail gives me an idea! If you have a 100 day streak, you should receive a “shiny capable only” egg, and it have a pool of incredibly rare shinies and common shinies…

The boost rate is by 0.1 percent I'm currently on 50 hatched eggs with No Shiny or Larvesta.

They should also worry about the eggs dying if they dont fix adventure sync...Ive been struggling to get any kms at all this event. I rely on adventure sync at work for my hatches, but it just doesnt work. The raids didnt bother me much, because I did little remotes anyways, but this bug is making me want to stop playing.

The game is becoming more of a money grab as time goes by and with some of their recent decisions they've lost alot of money, I've stopped doing raids entirely after doing them for years and it sucks but I refuse to spend £5 to do 3 remote raids and now changing the Larvesta event last minute going from in eggs to if you're very lucky. Pfft
