This is how easy and quick to prepare fluffy oatmeal pancakes. I pour boiling water over the oatmeal and wait until it cools down. Peel or mash a ripe banana with a fork until smooth. I heat the pan, pour the pancake mass. I fry one side for about 2 minutes. After that, I turn them over and fry at a medium temperature for another 2 minutes.

3/4 cup oatmeal (quick preparation)
1 glass of boiled water
1 banana
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Oil for frying
