Mental damage is honestly a pretty crucial part of winning. You should always try and keep a good mental stability and keep pressing forward, even if it looks like winning isn’t likely going to happen.

Those rage quits were sad. Can't have that lack of confidence in ur sets, bro. Even if ur opponent is at a 2 stock lead, there's always a possibility to make a 3 stock comeback if u try hard enough and really focus. Never give up, no matter the stock count.

There was a time I was fighting against a Toonlink pretty high in bracket where I lost my first two stocks within 20-30 seconds. This was a player I'd fought against and lost to before, so my mentality wasn't great after that second stock. But I told myself "You gotta work harder than him, and understand him. You got this." I then reverse 3-stocked him and he swapped off the character the rest of the set, and won the set entirely, too. The moral of the story is don't ever count yourself out, even if you hate the character, the matchup, the player, or even the game. You CAN do it.

I think a lot of these were players just being unfocused or flustered from previous games, especially with how many were ragequits. Like yeah sometimes you get bodied hard but some of these felt kinda like the person getting owned was just asleep at the wheel. Especially that Aegis at the end lol. How are you gonna Side-B recover at 30 after getting spiked once already, just recover low w/Pyra or air dodge to ledge. Ridley is not a scary opponent if you know what you're doing

As a person who mains a good portion of these characters (current definitive is incineroar) I'm proud and hurt. But i will say that about 70% of the sora games ive seen or played at locals is just nair spam, this one was way better though cause it was nair cancels into other moves and not just a "im gonna swing my busted move the whole game cause you dont have any answers". Sora definitely a good character though enjoy the matcges that actually have creativity and skill in them. And before i read it. No incin's side b is not the same as sora's nair, it has actual mix ups and different variations instead of just swing my metal around.
