Take Dr. Roger Seheult's full-length course, 5 Keys to Immunity
here: www.onecommune...
Your body is innately designed to heal and repair itself - especially when you maximize your body’s resilience in the face of both pathogenic and chronic diseases.
We think that getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep, exercising, taking supplements such as Vitamin D, and avoiding certain foods is enough. But the answer is not that simple. Current research shows that just as important as doing these healthy things is how and when you do them.
In 5 Keys to Immunity, Dr. Roger Seheult walks you through the latest studies that explain on a physiological level why certain lifestyle changes and simple health hacks can help you avoid getting sick - or get better faster if you do.
You will learn the latest compelling research on how to effectively improve your sleep, time your meals, exercise enough but not too much, and optimize your sunlight exposure as part of an easy-to-follow daily routine.
By the end of this course, you will come away with the scientific knowledge and confidence to improve your immunity, overall health, and quality of life. It's simpler than you might think!

I have been suffering with breast cancer since 2008 and just been told it has spread to my bones. I also have 3 different auto immune illnesses. Further have had problems with insomnia for life. This is opening the world to me and are definitely going to study this further. I belief my cancer are related to low melatonin. Maybe not fully but more than half.

Thank you, Dr. Seheult! Have learned a lot from your videos. You spoke only about the timing of food and not the type - since this lecture was just an overview. My experience is the kind of food you eat greatly affects your gut bacteria and has - what maybe - the largest behavior effect on the immune sys. Since having to cut out sugar, flour, rice to address psoriasis and arthritis (rather than take the immunosuppresent the doctor was advocating)...the change in diet cured my diseases and i have not been sick for 8 years. Previously - in my 50s - was getting sick every flu season and taking up to 2 weeks to get over it. I replaced the calories with vegetables/esp. leafy greens and healthy fats. Also do intermit. fasting and eat some probiotics every am (saurkraut or kimchi). 2nd issue) 3 days of moderate 20-min exercise; dont worry about the gym. I have read elsewhere that losing muscle mass is one of the indicators of poor longevity. I dont go to the gym, but i do have a pull up bar, do some push-ups, etc. Prob 20 mins of actual lifting - but it takes an hour due to rest periods. Plus, some aerobic exercises: rowing, dancing & spinning (to help work on my balance since quitting sports). My work is sedentary so it feels good to do something every day - but mix it up. Seems like our bodies were designed to be more active.

I worked for 40 years on the 12am to 8am shift and slept in the day; I am now retired and have been taking control of my health and, so far, I have no sign of diabetes or cancer. I have been fighting borderline HBP all my life, even before my work years, and at 5 ft 7 in tall I came close, 199lbs, at being obese and may have been pre diabetic at the time but went on intermittent fasting and low carb eating. I now take HBP medicine which keeps me at 110/65 on a regular basis and I am currently 71 YO and weigh 145 lbs. with a goal of 135 to keep me in normal range for my body type...I would like to know what permanent physical damage I may have caused going forward, i.e. being back on a normal circadian clock as I now am, will my body and mind return totally to normal?? I have been using sauna bulbs for years and, thanks to your video, will be adding a brief cold shower to my therapy.

Doctors: Beware of Low Diastolic Blood Pressure When Treating Hypertension Study adds to evidence that very low diastolic blood pressure is linked to heart damage Release Date: September 1, 2016, Johns Hopkins Medicine -Note- 110/70 is ideal for people taking no medications but it is likely indicative of over-medicating if it is achieved with high blood pressure medications. My elderly mother was over-medicated and her physician attended Johns Hopkins Med School so she responded well when I printed out this warning and shared it with her. My mom has been taken off 12 daily medications due to improved nutrition. According to the Levine Biological Age Calculator which is based on bloodwork test results, she has aged minus 15 years during the last 3.5 years. Good luck and good health to you!

Excellent information, Dr. Seheult! At 10:22, you mention melatonin as an unregulated supplement, therefore, it's best to absorbed it by being in the sun during the day. Would you please explain the effect about taking vitamin D supplement? Would high doses vitamin D suppliment be equally not as good as getting it in the sun? However, in your other episode, you mentioned some hospitals use high dosages of vitamin D to treat Covid with good result and you personally take 2500 IU on a daily basis. Therefore, is taking vitamin D suppliment safe in an unregulated industry advisable in your opinion? Many thanks!

How many millions of people would be FIRED if they came into work, told there boss they have to EAT immediately, and then have lunch 3 hours later at 11AM and then again 3 hours later at 2 PM. Our work days would be extended by more than an hour on each end to balance all those 8AM-2PM meals. I would love to see, at what time in history, humans at all their meals of the day between 8 AM-2PM...during daylight hours that were PRIME TIME for hunting and gathering.
