as someone who restores/collects shoes this is the BEST way to start a collection. just got a pair of cooked flu games for $70 and restored them in 3 hours. easily worth $275 now

Ngl, when I went to the auto junkyard with my dad, we usually look in cars to also find other stuff like cables, tools, etc. One time we looked inside a Pontiac g6 and found some af1 in my dads size basically almost new, just dirty. My dad swapped his crusty work boots for them and rinsed them off Safe to say he got a new favorite pair of shoes 😂

Yes, most personally owned / local thrift stores or pawn shops will negotiate on the prices but most of the places that Seth goes to (Like Plato’s Closet) are a chain of shops or a nationwide store (like Goodwill) and are like a regular store that you can’t negotiate at

On the Hokas there’s a possibility that somebody wore one and not the other bc of like a boot from an injury or something that may be why one is so much dirtiest than the other

All thrifts by me only have plain old Hanes white tees that look like they were dipped in a bowl of piss. Then they were dried out in the sun and rolled in kitty litter to get rid of the smell. And the icing on the cake, they wipe the dust off a old wooden cabinet/dresser and spray paint a 23 on the front and back by a 3 year old.
You should have grabbed those jordan 2’s in women because I don’t think it’s much of a difference from the men pair and I would be surprised if you don’t break even on the Halloween af1 but keep the content coming!
