To make the eyes following you. You have to make the color concrete like 10 by 10 by 16. And put a single block in the eyes.

The blood golem has a nice illusion because when you place the the red eyes in the exact middle so then every direction it looks at you except it’s not.

It is easy. It is just that you place a block and then you get far away from it and everytime you move the block also move and this is how the block moves

The following eye one works by simply placing a block in the middle of a void (not the void from the bottom, a built one)

To do the blood golem thing you first need to build a 5x5 black room and then place your eye in the middle of the 5x5 and boom pretty easy!
