That's a merge skill, the default charge sapping can't do that.

Pcvr, the update is only available on pcvr right now

Quest 2 and 3 have nomad, but they can't play the update yet

I tried jumping and even with the two-handed lightning laser slowing down your fall you'll still die, which means you NEED gravity or the revive perk to not die...
