I helped a man who was beaten to the ground, when I pulled up to a gas station. There was several people in the ststion and they all stared at him as he had blood pouring out of his nose and eye. I grabbed a roll of toilet paper and held it on his wounds. All of them walked around him and went outside and glared like a deer in headlights. I called 911 and ambulance. He thanked me, I asked to pray over him and gave him the gospel, we cryed together, and he was treated and walked home. He told me thank you, and I said Jesus Christ loves you it'll be alright.
It is good to know there are still people like you out there! Honestly, people these days will film you being assaulted, even killed, and won't lift a finger to help you, even after the fact. It's horrifying. It was going that way for a while. But Covid put the final nail in the coffin. We were forced to dehumanize each other through those vile masks and through the fear of contagion. Something broke during those years. You can FEEL it. People now have ZERO empathy. People don't seem to understand this point.

A big part of the problem is that evil so often doesn't look the way we thought it would. Humans have an infinite capacity to do both incredibly kind and generous things one minute and unbelievably cruel things the next without any cognitive dissonance. We don't recognize the evil within ourselves. "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom."
It's crazy how people will respond to a suffering animal yet my mom rolled her car upside down in California and it took 30 minutes before someone stopped to offer help. People are just driving past in their rat race to nowhere fast. Love my Golden Retriever though.

I saw an old man fall with a heart attack to the pavement on a busy London street. People were curseing him for getting in their path. It took several minutes before a few other people gathered around to assist.
The problem is evil doesn't always look the way you expect him to look. He/she could be the most attractive person with lots of charisma but evil inside.
I became involved in a cat/dog rescue in my rural area, and found that most of the people that I worked with were pro-abortion, but would do anything to rescue a cat or dog. I dislike people who are cruel to animals, but I believe animals were put on the planet for us to enjoy but not to worship. I have been accused of trying to rescue ALL the cats, but I really only try to help the ones that end up in my space, like children around the world, you can't help them all, but the ones that God puts in your space, you try to help. I remember years ago when a Cougar killed a woman who was hiking in California, and more money was donated to help the cubs she left behind than for the kids that the woman left behind. Nothing new.

I used to be a regular attendy for 25 + years COVID wrecked it for me the church showed no back bone, in fact i felt that they became to liberal and tolerant. I felt like there was alot of lip service being served up. I read my bible and up until last January i had a bible study partner, but he has moved away. I think i'll just start looking for a new church in september.
I learned years ago, that church attendance means nothing if Evil dwelling in the parishes. It can be part of how deceive as being good upstanding US citizens. I've noticed the pet parent syndrome. I get irritated when I hear people saying that. Really irritated. And I've noticed the divide between pics of animal rescues but no posts about how many babies were saved because of pre born sonograms. Thank you for speaking on this today! It was the realisation in 2020 that what was occurring was pure evil that led me to start reading the bible. Since then, day by day, my faith has grown. Perhaps this is what the tribulation is about? When faced with evil in its purest form, you have to realise that good in its purest form comes from an ever loving God.

This reminds me of a liberal boss I once had. She made a pretty big to-do about rescuing a puppy by the printing plant. At our downtown office there was a sheltered porch. A homeless man should sleep there at night. She would get the secretary to shoot him away, threatening to call the police. One cold winter morning he appeared to be sleeping there again. The secretary was told to tell him to leave. He couldn’t. He had frozen to death.
I know you say you don't generally listen to other people's podcasts. But James Lindsay's recent, "The Global Pagan Theocracy of the United Nations", is well worth the (long) time. I knew the UN was evil and anti-human. I had no idea how bad it was. This information was wild! I appreciate Dr. Lindsay because he always goes to original sources, even going through the trouble of reading things, for the benefit of people these days who don't even like to read.

It depends. Some people have dogs that are old and just can't do the miles anymore. But the owner still gives their dog stimulation by getting out rather than it being housebound. If they have more than one dog it's kinder to at least sometimes take the old dog out with the younger dog than just leaving it at home.
@@listenup872 I know someone who dog is not fit to walk far but they like walking. They take their dog out with them, they think its kinder than leaving it behind all the time. Do you have a problem with that?
If I go out after work with my bike for about 15miles I take my dog behind in such a stroller because he cannot run the whole way. He does it in fast speed about 7,5 miles and he needs that fast running for a while each day because he is a kind of greyhound hunting dog. Alternative to leave him home and make an extra walk when I come home after biking I do neither have the time nor the power. But I love biking in the woods ( Germany). By the way this are not baby strollers but special ones for dogs.
When I look at people outside walking around staring in their smartphones but neither giving a glimpse to their children nor to their dogs leaving them without interest alone , I wonder how this society will be able to exist further on with that kind of zombies. These kind of people neither do deserve children nor dogs.
Everyone, just pray every day. Just spend one hour of your day talking to our Lord. The hour does not have to be all on your knees, but stop and say grace before you eat, thank Him for His graces and blessings he grants to you, stop and tell Him thank you and that you love Him. Give Him a few minutes throughout your workday. Just give Him an hour.

This all seems like such a paradox to me. On the one hand I will fight to save every baby, and to fight evil. Yet, on the other hand, we know that what is happening has to happen, it has to come to pass. I feel like I’m grateful time is getting near to meet Jesus, but on the other hand I’m fighting it!
I understand how you feel but I think we have to fight for our country. Remember what Jesus did during his time he over through the money changer because they were bringing things unexeptable to his house.
Just keep fighting it, ultimately you make the decision on where you stand in this battle. The evil things that are happening are also a choice made by people because of the ideas they adhere to. There are Americans leaving the US, talking about it like it is a sinking ship, it's really quite sad and jarring to hear them talk in this way that to me it seems as if they have given up on their country or lost their faith altogether.

In the US, coyotes are free to roam through suburbs and cities and considered a protected species even though they are a threat to humans ( especially small children) and our dogs and cats.

I only get "Likes" on Facebook for cute little cat memes and patriot memes. I think Facebook is an echo chamber that keeps the left brain severed from the right brain for the most part.
