Now it was seriously looked into and well both franchises were created from the loose copying of the same story while Sonic too its idea and focused mostly on being a competitor for Mario while Dragon Ball focused on competing with well animation in general and had no rivals and it was a descent show. Both later actually did take ideas from each other and use them to better the shows like how Sonic created most of its favorite female characters by basically copying Dragon Ball Characters while Dragon Ball literally copied Picolo from Knuckles and Vegita from Shadow and Cell from Metal Sonic and the Red Ribbon Army from Egg Man. Both franchises stole from each other and but to which one actually was released first its unknown. Hell Silver was stolen from Future Trunks. Both are equally good.

Leo Aiolia"s Lightning Plasma can fire 100 million lightning punches at light speed per second. Capricorn Shura outspeed the initial expansion of a Big Bang explosion and cut the explosion in half with his hand. Also Goku can't survive against absolute zero, both Aquarius Camus and Cygnus Hyoga have ice attacks that freezes at absolute zero upon contact.

Since garou survived this and Saitama outclasses him like a kid playing with a bug in a jar there is no reason to believe that zeno could just disassemble him immediately. This isn't to say who the winner would be as both of them are probably limitless in how strong they will grow in a conflict
