I took my niece to the river to fish, but then she wanted to fish a private pond. So I obviously took her. Duh.
We hooked several fish, and she was able to catch her first bass, though it came off right at the bank. She had an incredible time fishing and so did i. Thanks for coming along!

Nice cat! I love a catfish fight on ultralight gear. I think the one might have been a redder. Seems like a really nice pond.

You're right about the redear! There are some hybrid bluegill in there, and you can't beat catching cats on light gear!

@@monsterfishoutdoors Caught a bunch of catfish (2-3 pounders) at Pride Lake, in Scott County Park, the last couple days. All of them on worm under a bobber.
