The reason it said "Verified players cannot enter this game" is because when your account has an email set up to it, it verifies your account. The reason they probably do not want verified players to join is probably because if they have 2-step verification, the hacker cannot enter the account UNLESS they are connected with the email that is hooked with your account. So they can't get the 2-step verification password to log in to the players account.

The verified ban thing is if people have verified emails on their account. They want to take peoples accounts but can't do so with email verification on.
