using the divine abduction on the monk dude just sends him to the place where you killed those monkeys he chills there for the rest of the game and gives you something when you go there and talk to him. IT DOES NOT KILL HIM.

O’rin of the Water is 100% my favorite mini boss. Such a fun fight for me personally

You can make the Guardian Ape fights way easier using the Spear prosthetic, by the way. When you deflect the big overhead and it knocked them over, you can pull out the centipede using the spear for huge damage. O'rin can also be made way easier using the poison Sabiru, despite being a ghost.

For the shura ending i think its best you backup a save, get the ending and then load the save and play through the rest of the game. youre gonna miss alot of stuff if you just go for shura like owl, the boss before fountainhead, fountainhead itself… having a save is just better

There are also the gauntlets you unlock depending on which endings you do, the gauntlets are "tournaments" that have rewards. The gauntlet you get from the shura ending gives you the Shura outfit to change into.

Jev, make sure to make use of the ceremonial tanto. It gives you extra spirit emblems for the cost of some health. It works pretty much the same as blood bullets in Bloodborne does. More spirit emblems = more mortal blade uses in a fight.

Great Series Jev always look forward to a new video from you everyday. I would recommend doing the true ending or the good ending first because it take a lot more time to do then go to new game or start a new play through and speed to the shura ending otherwise you will miss some bosses that I think people want to see you crush. i’m playing through it at the same time and whenever i come off for the night i check to see if jev uploaded and we’re always at the same part haha

To get all of the secret boss varients (you get them in new game plus) you have to fight all of the bosses(from shrua and good play thru) in the same game file, so honesty try and just finish both endings on one file if you wanna save time unlocking the secret boss varients

Jev, if you do the shura ending on this save and the normal ending on your other save, then you will probably miss out on a couple of bosses. Mainly the father version of owl. There’s a short side quest that you have to do in order to unlock the boss. This side quest is NOT available on the shura route AND it’s missable on the normal route if you go to far in the game without starting it. Also Shura: Bad ending (shortest game route) Immortal Severance: Normal ending (normal route like your last playthrough) Purification: Good ending (do a side quest to unlock) Return: The best ending/potential true ending: You have to do a pretty long quest line. The quest line to fight the father version of Owl is also the same quest that unlocks the purification ending. Figured that I add that since you mainly want to fight all the bosses.

The shura ending gives you the coolest combat art, not the strongest but def the coolest looking.

The bosses aren't getting harder, Jev is. He's simply going harder on the bosses, which is how he's beating Sekiro so easily

Fun fact with guardian ape use the spear and when he goes the big slash down deflect it then use the spear. Corrupted monk Snap seeds

He can’t be stopped

you can always just back your save to the cloud before you do the shura ending then complete the game any ending you want then reload the save and continue it the other way you didn’t choose which i recommend, if you do shura you’ll miss out on the most fun fights in the game that will bring a challenge

Jev, during sweep attacks with the red indicator above them, if you double jump on their head it does massive posture damage

Divine confetti I believe increases your damage against everything, but it's more effective against apparition type enemies.

Hey Jev when they are using a sweep attack with the red mark on your head jump on them it will break there posture pretty well

You can deflect the snake eyes grab attack if you block as she pulls back her weapon

Don’t know if you’ll read this, but when fighting either of the guardian apes. When he does the attack with the head that gives you terror, run straight behind him. The hitbox of it is mainly in front of him so just run like 10 feet behind him and it won’t hit you

Fun Fact: You can parry the Snake Eyes grab attack that comes from behind you. The timing is a little odd, but it's more rewarding.

I fought O’rin of the water at a lower level and was stuck on her for like 2 days. She legit taught me the game and how to parry and parry well. Cuz if u messed up and blocked regularly it was over. Favorite boss in the game.

what you can do, is make a backup save before you meet owl and do the shura ending, then once youve finished it you can go back to the save and do the true ending so you can keep all the stuff you have in this playthrough :)

Confetti makes it where you do slightly more damage but it's main use is undead guys

Whenever you parry the guardian apes large attacks and it falls over you can use the prosthetic spears cleave attack to pull the centipede out of its head and deal a TON of posture damage

Look up the guide to fight owl father. Also you should a playthrough of resurrection mod. Changes the bosses move set and adds a bunch of mini bosses. Really good mod

the funny thing about the terror beam is that you can deflect the initial hit and then run through it without further terror build up, which seems crazy lol, but you know, videogame logic edit: also the fight against o'rin of the water and the corrupted monk fights are some of my favorite in the game. it makes it feel like a dance against the bosses as opposed to a strict sword fight

Certain endings you have to have some previous stuff done so if you haven’t talked to NPC’s and such on the original playthrough you will probably be limited to one of the other endings, and not the true ending

The fan when used near enemies can make them turn around so u get a chance to back stab

Here’s a tip ANY illusion fight you do like the spirit form of the spirit monk you can use snap seeds to stun illusions

Shura ending has two exclusive bosses. But you may miss the 2nd hardest fight in the game, which is at the end of Hirata estate part 2. In the same arena as Lady Butterfly.

You can do all of the game's content in 1 playthrough, outside of the shura ending. Of course, you would have to pick 1 ending, but you can complete all the quests, fight all the bosses, and they do not interfere with each other

You can make a save before doing the shura ending then go back to do the other ending once you do it
