I would definitely say that Charlotte was the stand out performer here. The whole cast here is good, but Charlotte, wow. I just got cast as Charlotte in my school's production and I will 100% look her for inspiration on how to play her.
two weeks ago my theatre director at my high school announced we would be doing this play for our one-act this fall so naturally i searched for it and i am so thankful i found this recording. i am now very excited for the show this fall :) congrats on an amazing show!!
london h The play is very fun, and you'll get attached to it. I hope your school will enjoy it as much as ours did. This was so much fun to do, and hope you have the same fun, if not more.
same but ours was supposed to last Thursday but it got canceled due to weather but we still performed we all got the day off and treated it like it was still competition day we had a judge and everything, I was Frances btw
i'm tom in my high schools production... competition is 3 weeks away and i'm just now looking up what other schools have done: Watch Tom on what not to do. holy cow he sucked. hit all the wrong lines with all the wrong timing.
I’ve seen a few performances of this play and this is definitely my least favorite. Over exaggerated in some parts. No chemistry between Tom and Catherine. The only good performer here was Charlotte.
@@johnkladis4575 I agree, everyone except Charlotte did terrible. The blocking was terrible, the acting was way overdone in some parts, and not a lot of energy. Tom and Catherine were the worst.
Hello, I would like to also correct the pronunciation of "Donohue" Everyone here pronounced it extremely wrong, its not Dono who, its "hue" as in "Hugh" not "who". Whoever said otherwise, needs to either go back to first grade, or get special education training. Velocity, the girl who did not do well with her role, butchered it a bunch of times.
Yes that's probably because they needed to cut it in length to make it a one act play for the competition. Just judging on the title of the video. Whether this play should be cut down to make a one act play is open for debate.
