the overall design of the shoe is awesome bringing together every new balance touch found on the other models like the play of material, the chunky futuristic look is amazing. I found them on stockx do those are a cop ? im a fan of this colorway

Loving the content as usual Josh! Just a question - I have the 1906D and the 2002r and they both fit me true to size, but my 9060’s are a little loose but I like it. Would you recommend TTS or 1/2 down in these? Love bro

First thing I thought of was the 700 V3 with the thick sole and overall shape. Especially after seeing the on feet pictures in the way pants drape over the shoe - looks a lot like the V3.

MAN!!! THANK YOU FOR WEARING A PAIR OF PANTS THAT DON'T HUG YOUR ANKLE!!! I get that everybody has their own personal style preferences, but EVERY SINGLE shoe youtuber I come across is always wearing ankles hugger pants and never any wide opening pairs, really like the color and style you chose for the combo. More similar to a 700V3 than the v2 to me. But I do agree it's different and not a copy. It's closer to the Asics style of the Big Midsole trend than Yeezy.

I can see what some people are saying with it looking like some sort of yeezy, but these still have their own New Balance touch which I can see in these. Me personally, I'll be trying to go for these, something new from NB.

Hmm. I’m really not feeling any of the colorways we’ve seen so far. The stitched on N logo looks better than I thought it would end up looking so that’s a plus. This definitely falls into the “wait and see” category though.

In terms of shape, the Yeezy this reminds me of is the Knit Runner, because it’s bulbous all over. Although my first thought was it looks like a 327 adopted into the 990 line. In general though I think it’s a pass for me.

I have the Salehe Bembury - Sand Be The Time 990v2. So size wise I should go with the same? I’m an 8 in them but a 7.5 in the 990v3 🤪

I'm looking forward for more colorways on these! Do you think the heel is pretty clunky or heavy on feet say compared to the 9060? For me, I didn't quite like the chunkiness of the 9060 on feet.

I love my 9060 Bodegas. They are easy to live with but yes there's some clunkiness when moving around some spaces like in and out of cars for instance or driving.

These are not as heavy as the 9060s, the midsole is pretty much just foam.

I don't really see where people are getting Yeezy vibes from this. Maybe the bit of the outsole that comes up over the front of the shoe has a bit of the front panel on the 700. But its a bit too streamline/simplistic compared to any of the chunky Yeezys.

@CASTRO45ACP I mean as a "genre" sure. But imo the design doesn't look close enough to really draw the comparison. I think the 9060 looks more Yeezy like. Agreed on the look of this model, looks good.

I think the XC72 is the best lifestyle shoe they have. Color combos and comfort. Very versatile shoe.

I don’t know if it’s me, but it looks like a takedown of the V6. Speaking of the V6, along with these and the 9060, I definitely see a trend with NB’s lifestyle offerings. It’s a nice, trendy alternative to their usual; kinda like what the 550 ushered in. It’s a nice alternative to the models that are running-inspired like the 2002r
