I think that the Titans made moves more to change how NFL players were starting to view them after the A.J. Brown debacle & possibly Mike Vrabel's handling of players. (I've heard things). I think they did great no matter what happens because they lightened the team up. Regardless of how much of an overpay most of their F.A. signings were, their rep needed repairing. This will lift team spirits. So even if it doesn't mean wins, players won't hesitate to come to TN because of what they did *this* off-season. Stupid former GM J-Rob...
We still have enough money to keep all our starters and more, how is "they're paying Watson too much" an argument that we won't win? Especially when it doesn't affect us this season? That's either extremely opinionated of you guys or, you're just ignorant. Prolly both lmao
His cap hit is 63 million this year according to NFL.com. He would have to get back to being THAT DUDE to make him worth it. Maybe he will. I think the browns will be solid, but remember, we were discussing winning the Super Bowl, not making the playoffs or having a good year. And yes, we are opinionated, ignorant, and maybe a little dumb. 😂
@@GarbageTimeSports lol I like the light hearted attitude and that’s true you are talking about winning the SB, but the Browns are winning the Super Bowl 💯💯
@@seansimmons6932 They drafted Baker Mayfield the same year they could have drafted Lamar Jackson. Lamar went to perhaps the One Team that *resents having* an élite QB & possibly kept Greg Roman in order _to_ reduce Lamar's #s because of it. Even without the stupidity of chasing after Deshaun, y'all could have had Lamar behind _this_ o-line, with *that* roster & would have _MADE_ two S-B *at least* before this year. & here's the thing: _WHO TF THOUGHT THAT_ Baker Mayfield was even in the same _tier_ as Lamar at the time? Who could look at tape & think _Baker_ was better?
Well, that's the good thing about opinions...😂. Keep your eyes on the Raiders. They are gonna be better then people think. Their D is gonna be top 5. AOC got better over 9 games when given the chance. AP has brought that swagger back to this team. BTW, "Oakland" won't make the bowl, but Las Vegas Raiders could be your surprise team. Opinions, right?
They, the Titans & Cards are 3 teams I expect to make the highlight reels every week but not necessarily win games. & with this many holes still on their rosters, it might be better to set expectations low & not judge on wins only. I prefer to be entertained than to only leave thinking only the score matters. Plus, higher draft picks to repair the teams' needs. This new front with Wilkins _AND_ Crosby *should worry* opposing QBs & DCs. Herbert is gonna get injured again. But did you see the play Worthy's college team ran with him over 25% of his touches? They simply swing a wide pass at him behind the line of scrimmage. & he goes for Huge Gains Every Time. Once he gets to top speed he's unstoppable with his ability to cut while at it. The Steelers are so stupid for not having tried this with Myles Austen. 1) This nullifies the string front of the Raiders. 2) One Huge Gain & every DC is gonna overreact, stop blitzing & leave other receivers poorly defended in order to Watch Worthy. The Chiefs are gonna go 17-0 if they do this.
