I think the extra pipe that lead back to an exact replica room was a weird execution of a reset door? Instead of the door leading straight to the door above it, it went to an exact replica of the trick, which then funneled you to the rest of the level. Weird design.

I will always say it's allowed to use the level viewer to avoid pick-a-path and dev blocks. I don't think it ruins the level because I believe pick-a-path or dev blocks automatically ruin the level to begin with. The goal here is to clear the levels, so I think it's fine.

Whoever whines about the level viewer usage is insane. Some of those levels just aren't fun. I would never punish myself so that other people can feel fulfilled or get entertainment from it. Enjoy yourself and use it at your discretion.

Seems like one huge difference between older uncleared levels and new ones is the complete lack of indicators. No coin trails, no boxes or any kind of hints. Just blind learn by death mechanics for levels.

I was just thinking, eh? Wouldn't it be funny if Dave did some kind of "Treasure Hunt" with levels? Not looking any level up, and try to find some secrets in some random ones, and see if he finds some major cheese. Or some episodes of him doing big puzzle levels would be cool! 12:52 I think that's just a reset setup. Instead of putting the door right above the other one, the creator built two equal setups, so one will lead to the other and both pipes lead to the same place.

15:41 Rooms are identical, nothing hidden, but what DGR failed to find out is that the doors are not reset doors but swap you between these 2 look alike areas, which is probably meant to just confuse the player more. Nothing else special about the level.

The reason the 2nd pipe is there is because of the reset door. The reset door brings the player to another area, but looks the same and leads to the same place

3:20 For troll and disaster 'levels' like those; only humans devoid of sanity would not like the Level viewer lol?? I sort of like to call it the ''De-troller'' but levels like that were so bad I don't even think the Viewer could give them hope. Also used for sneaky levels like 23:36 where the creator knows there is no way for you to predict a 'Z' jump is required there. Hot garbagio!
