This is a very classy operation. Good people doing great work. Having made a few small batched of maple syrup, it is humbling to see what these folks do. Best wishes going forward.
When you were on top of the silo and panned over to the deer. I thought you were going to say that the best upgrade was the raised shooting platform on top of the tank.

I got my 2 quarts of syrup the other day really good as usual and I ordered some cotton candy that stuff is to die for. I gotta figure out how to make that. I’m already looking into a cotton candy machine. The sign looks really nice.
The ro separates the sap into 2 products. Permeate & concentrate. Permeate is clean water that’s been filtered! We store it and reuse the water to clean all our equipment because it’s the cleanest/ most pure water we can get!
We bought the land where an old railroad track used to be. The track is no longer there but we still refer to it as the A&A because it was called the Arcade & Attica railroad

I fell in love with the Sugar House at first sight. The building resonates with me for reasons that I don't know the words to speak. The Timber Framing is a part of it. The Overall design is so well thought out and executed.
That is just fantastic Warren, you family should be so very proud of you. I know they all had a hand in the process of building it but you have always seemed to be welding , hammering and such you work has definitely shown through !
