what he said about glaive prime was a bit confusing for people that havent used glaives before. you do NOT need volatile quick return for it to explode your glaive in the air. just press the heavy melee button after throwing it and it will detonate. that detonantion will be what you use for 90% of your attacks and it is considered your heavy attack so build glaives based around imoroving the heavy attack.

I used to be an end-game player years ago. I started playing right when it became available on playstation. Now I'm lost, hahaha. Thank you for the help. I quit right after The War Within era and just returned 5 days ago. My old clan dojo is still around, but with only me to call it home... it's lonely. My main(s) back then (and consequently right now) were/are Oberon and Nyx.

You forgot the the Broken Scepter you get it after you kill the grineer queen in The War Within. It is incredibly powerfull when paired with equilibrium.

Man, I’ve been running Nidus with just Xoris for years, and never switch, but I continue to watch videos like this. I’ve literally been playing since this game came out and have accounts across 3 platforms lol I just like to check every once in a while when I come back to see if the few things I use are still relevant.

The game has changed so much since i used to play! I played from autumn 2013 to 2016. I remember getting the ignis wraith in the event. I even remember when i started playing there were only 2 prime warframes. Excalibur Prime and Frost prime. but unfortunately I didn’t get Excalibur prime. The last chance to get ex prime was like a month or so after I started playing so I didn’t have the chance to get him.

Surprised the Quassus wasn't mentioned. That dagger-throwing heavy attack of it has GUARANTEED bleeds. If you do a build focused on Heavy attacks and only mods that affect bleeds it will SHRED very, very tough enemies.

Annotations would be really cool for lists like these. :-) Also I just build 2 of those weapons, so will try them out. xD Still clearing the Starmap after 120hs... but its sooo easy to get side tracked in Warframe. ^^

It's worth mentioning all of the Duviri Drifter melees, once bought for the Drifter using clamps, can be built for your Warframe using Duviri resources and all of them are end game viable. An MR0 player could technically farm these rather simply (The loaner builds for frames and weapons are more than enough to take out the basic Orowyrm), and a new player may not realise these weapons without an MR requirement outclass a lot of the melees they'll see and build up until they're farming Primes. Specifically Azothane. That thing might me one of the best heavy attack weapons in Warframe.

I use melee only to cope with the fact that I can’t aim with a controller 😌

You can ignore the life steal combo daikyu with skiajati by just crit-stacking a set of Hirudo. 5% lifesteal on crit +5% max health for 15 sec, stacking up to 25%, refreshes with every crit. It already has a high base crit, you can easily get it up to a 75% crit, slap some attack speed and range mods to make it even easier to land more hits to maximise chance of crits which you're probably gonna have on it already. No life steal mods needed, no need to waste your primary slot on a daikyu for a single mod. MR7, only drawback is you need to make a kogake to craft into the hirudo, but both blueprints are on the market.

haha after watching this i realized i must have been pretty lucky, i killed stalker and got hate the first time i had him show up, and wow was i surprised by the whole encounter in general. i just started using hate too and its been my 2nd best melee weapon by quite a margin. ive only been playing about a month now, just hit mr8, love the game tons, and have watched a lot of these great videos, cheers

The Cerata from the dojo is also god tier especially for an mr 8 weapon, build it identical to the glaive prime and watch those enemies apologize for existing

It's funny cause I had a thousand or so hours put into Warframe on my Xbox acc and I never once got hate, I got a PC before they enabled acc merging and so I decided to start over and do a lot better and the first time I defeated the stalker, I got it. Then I defeated him again and got it another time, I was in shock

If I would have to start over again, I'd just grind with whatever I find cool until MR10 and then get my hands on Glaive Prime. Fully forma/mod it and call it a day. One shots SP, unlimited ammo, AoE (through walls!), guaranteed slash, usable by any frame/setup, can deal with bosses and looks stylish. Pair this with Saryn or literally any frame that can boost weapon damage, and you're a portable tactical nuke.

Love this video. Back in the game for the first time in years thanks to cross-save. I'm running a rank 9 Amprex with a maxed Amprex Visi-Acrican Riven mod + corrosive damage + 48.4% Status Chance + 80% crit and 6.4x crit multiplyer. This thing melts everything it breathes on. I had no idea you could buy it from the store! When I did it like 8 years ago I had to grind out all that corpus research in the Dojo. It took weeks. Did that change?

I was brute forcing the star chart with my grossly modded boltor and rhino when i hit mr6

I was lucky enough to nab Hate early on, some crit mods making it absolutely monstrous... except for when the game says "Fuck you, we use guns here," which is pretty much every boss.

I acquired guite the arsenal over 1.8k hours of playing. I still use the broken war and prefer it over nikanas. The fluidity, the design and it still wrecks. Nice crit, nice dispo, great stance. I read someone here saying the skatijati is better, that guy should seek medical attention

Primary Vermisplicer is actually straight up just a better midgame option compared to Amprex, and probably even Ignis Wraith- Same role as the other chain lasers, but innate slash gives it the ability to run that all-coveted Slash/Viral status build without the time-gated access to Hunter Munitions.

I've personally used Vectis Prime since MR3, and I still use it at MR15. Its my go to weapon outside of Ignis Wraith, and it's super fun and rewarding.

Its easy! Just buy the blueprint, Build it, and there you go! Proceeds to spend 6 hours farming required resources for the blueprint.

I second the Soma. As you’re levelling it up the first time you’ll probably think to yourself, ‘what’s so special about this?’. Once you’ve slapped on an extra couple of forma, got serration levelled up, multi shot, status effects. It can easily take down level 40-50 enemies

i got the hate blueprint the very first time i killed a stalker. even the friend i was playing with was in aw, because of how low the drop rate of it is

I started using the Amprex mainly as MR fodder, but watching it drop level 30 enemies before it was even max rank, I kind of fell in love with it. I haven't finished modding it but I'm thinking about doing a magnetic (for corpus shields) and viral build with crit mods thrown in for color and see what happens.

Just so everyone knows, the Glaive Prime is vaulted so you won't be able to get it from relics. They are on the market for 50 plat if you have the plat. Also check other primed weapons if they are vaulted or not before trying to grind for them

I know this vid is 5 months old but Gladiator Vice stacks with Gladiator Might, gives the same attack speed as Fury, and costs the same as Fury, so I think that might be better on melees, but accessibility may have been a factor in opting for Fury instead as I know Gladiator Vice is a bit difficult to get

wHEN he said clear the star chart he was not bs, I took the amprex, grabbed rhino (because although I had the damage I was still dying to lack of defense/survivability) had my broken war with his mods and I was nigh unstoppable

My Tip Grind about 200-300 plat (I know quite hard but yeah) Buy Titania prime Buy Mods which you dont have by watching a build And Tada Mildly decent Titania works perfectly in most of the mid-end game situations im talking kuva liches,tier 5 bounties,sorties,max level index etc etc all doable in early game (I did this from MR 6)

Hey Blacky. I'm sure you've been asked to do this idea more times than you'd like to say. However, a 'tierlist' for primary, then secondary and finally melee weapons would be so nice. It would be good to know what weapons I should actually use and what ones I should just use for leveling. This is annoying because as you know there are many weapons. Would love to see one from you

get a burston, complete starchart and wait for burston incarnon week, then just apply, mod and you have one of the best weapons for steel path

Xoris, xoris is one of the best glaives that you can get at the beginning, I think mastery 4 is the rank you need for it. You get it from a mission; forgot which one. If you look up Warframe Tier List you can find the best gear and frames and the best mods for them

i havent played that much yet (only about 360+ hours into the game) and I'm only MR15. i never knew that the soma had so much power
