I dislike plastic surgery, except when it is done for people who are in accidents and they truly need it to live a normal life. But when I see a beautiful woman who has had plastic surgery because her view of beauty has been perverted. It's undesirable to me. Yes, our bodies change for many reasons. Sometimes, it can be frustrating, but there's a beauty in everything being natural. Reality is the most beautiful thing in the world. Beauty kept in its boundaries is a badge of honor. Plastic surgery is a delusion and/or lie. There are boundaries in everything. Ignore the boundaries, and you could pay a price higher than the plastic surgery.

The Instagram/plastic surgery sims story rings hollow for me as this Sims 4 stories channel *constantly* makes stories about how beauty is desirable and they tend to make their villains (and main characters before makeovers) ugly and/or overweight. Just because they make a single story about extreme plastic surgery doesn't mean they're condemning obsessing over beauty as a whole.
