yall 2 need to be in this years red bull b c 1 yall r tooooooooo sick mane love the flavor an the energy i wud call it a drwa but gotta look a few times more
The way Toyz moves is really ridiculous. He uses his lankyness to his advantage by incorporating large, yet swift motions into his techs. If a shorter person used that kind of style, it wouldn't look half as good. Both of these cats are just fucking DOPE
That was a really close battle. I think that Thesis was smoking him until Toyz started pulling out his techs into and out of air chair variations. That pissed Thesis off! I really liked this battle.
I really like toyz's battle attitude instead of like... faking being pissed or mad at his opponent, he's all chill and friendly and funny; really genuine and reflects upon his character.
@vandalistix i noticed that after readin ur comment. lol. might be colour of his jeans, since thesis' is dark blue u can see his bends more clearly. while toys u cant really spot his bent legs as easy. plus toys extends a lot more
I like how Toyz show's so much respect to his opponent at every single battle. There's always a smile on his face, unlike other disrespectful, and cocky bboys TOYZ 4 LYFE
@nograviti But just imagine if you were in Thesis's shoes in the battle, most of the crowd is mostly giving love to Toyz and wouldn't that affect how well you preform also the mood your in.
In this battle I feel like thesis is like this machine who shows combination after combination while toyz shows true character and both show great flow. I personally like toyz better.
like i said i can learn new shit from new dudes...just talking to me about my experiences with all elements of hiphop broadens ppls view of it..its spiritual to a few nyc bboys...like a jedi thing...
The MC in the background looks like a bobble head lol. Toyz was awesome in this. Great attitude and seems like a nice guy. Thesis seemed a little reserved in this one and not too impressed by toyz antics. Great battle though. Toyz killed it.
Toys wouldnt have more to say..im older at 34 and was raised in brooklyn nyc..my life is hiphop..bboying rhymin..taggin..he could teach me about double munchmills and airflares and tuck airchairs...the current shit..he cant tell ME personally shit about bboying flava and or history..i was there..
@thpar1256 Yes, im really 27 lol. I come from a different era than you, and a different scene, thats how we came up and that just how we approach this. people have signature moves and sets but those weren't develoed before the art of freestyle, thats where the dance comes from, is a sporadic expression to music. using singular movements together to tell a story and the stories always different and growing, using the moves in your repitoire. Real bboys move in silence, let the dance talk.
Damn even though this wasnt one of thesis best battles , he is one of the best "young" bboys, not many young bboy are in some of the top battles,(now im not saying he is the best or he is the only one)
Bboying is permanently redefined by the bboys who are actually breaking it down at the highest level. Therefore, Toyz have more to say about how the bboy attitude should be than you or me.
@KaiserDark22 I know where you are coming from and I understand that when you are at that level you take it very seriously. But I think he could have been a tad more friendly at the very least. Cmon its not the end of the world and you could lose still knowing you're one of the best BBOYs on the planet!
I love both bboys but I think Toys killed Thesis on that... And Thesis seemed in a really bad mood, while Toyz had a huge smile on his face, as usual! peace.
why ask for thumbs up, pointing out something that everyone saw doesn't make it worthy of the thumbs up.. thesis and toyz should get a thumbs up and since you cant exactly do that easily, thumbs up the video. who is gonna thumbs up a comment like this?
