does rare come from just a set number of times or random?

Yes, it seems like you need to hone it until you get the unlocked rare hone attribute notification screen 😁 And please check 00:11 , you can see Julia Hero has some rare attributes written in it as sign she has it.

Only 5 stars Legendary Armaments & using Advanced Hone Components (chips). From the video, we need to get through few times of “Red Atrributes” until that “Unlocked Rare Hone Attributes” screen appear. And please check 00:11 , you can see Julia Hero has some rare attributes

@TheTermsGaming its simple bought alot of honing chips hahaha. It is very hard to get the rare armaments unless you have alot of legendary honing chips bro
