Thetford Aspire 2 still faulty after several replacement parts 

Solved the yellow flame problem by removing the burner then the jet, which requires a 7mm socket and is quite tight. Cleaned the jet thoroughly and refitted all parts. Burns clean blue flame now.

An engineer has cleaned jet etc, now thought to wring size of glass in inner door.

I had same problem, same burner. Used a powerful vacuum on top of the burner and underneath. Now like new, I assume caused by an air blockage from say a spiders Webb.

Hi Simon - I have had exactly the same issue with my van. Thetford kindly replaced all the parts for us and it has made a difference. That said it still missbehaves at times and the oven rattles like a bag of spanners when I am driving :(

We have this issue, how was it solved? Some has replaced glass on inne4 door which was missing but has mad3 no difference our model is the Ck13000 spindle aspire, rings, grill all work fine.

Got exactly the same problem with mine, struggling to get anyone out that can fix it too. I did catch an engineer that was driving past whilst on site last weekend - popped his head in and said it might be the main regulator on the bulk head? Not sure at this stage if that's correct or the cooker is bust. He can't get back out to me until the end of July and I'm struggling to get anyone else to respond. The grill is doing the same, either broken or could be just crap. Looking at the flame on full it would take 60 minutes to toast one slice of bread. Only just got the van and this was all signed off in the PDI - apparently. If you get any joy in fixing please let me know!
