Thanks for the video, looking at buying one so this helps me see how it all works. Obviously people need to read the instructions when they buy one. Nothing worse than an hour long youtube video when all you want is a brief introduction.
I'm not a repairman, but if the pump makes a sound that the pump doesn't get water need to check if it is clogged. Or is there a problem with the pump.
Kerry i saw a video on RU-vid where they pulled their 565e apart and the water tube had come away from the pump, was a 10 min fix with a little hose clamp
Don’t buy this portable toilet because the electric pump valve will go bad within a year and the replacement part is over $100.00 the cost of almost a new toilet 🚽 and very unfair.
Incredibly irresponsible to show this in the kitchen. This is totally misleading and unsanitary. Show people the correct way to use this product, or don't make a video at all.
Should of made it Black and White would of gone down better, pointing at dials pulling levers pushing buttons but no explanation as to what they do, this could of been a great intro demo to the unboxing and use
how long after use does it take for the chemicals in the waste holding tank to liquify waste? I'm interested in emptying waste tank as quick as possible in only liquid form. Also, there are different brands of waste tank treatment, like aqua max, aqua bio, and campa fresh. Do they all perform the same?
I don't think any fluid breaks the solids down. I have emptied loos that are a few days in use and it still contains solids. You would have to shake it to try and break them up. The fluids are more for keeping the smell away. But whilst it's not a pleasant job, it's not really an issue when emptying it. Depending on location, I will often take a bucket of water to rinse out. I've used different brands and some really cheap no name stuff. All do the same, however the cheaper end you use more of the fluid or have to empty faster due to the smell. So it pays to get the branded fluids.
@@terry6131 not true. The chemical that goes into the bottom is to help turn everything into liquid. The chemical in the top is for "smell". Would have been helpful to show how to put the chemicals in.
As the video uploader has failed to answer your question I thought I would try and help 550 E Assembled Product Weight 14.45 lbs Assembled Product Dimensions (L x W x H) 15.75 x 18.75 x 18.00 Inches The 565 E Assembled Product Weight 15.59991 Pounds Assembled Product Dimensions (L x W x H) 19.00 x 18.00 x 16.00 Inches The 550 is the old model and has been replaced by the 565 and as you can see it is a little larger in size and weight but the other parts all work the same.
