SidWaj, did you see the Wild Run Atrocities thing on the server? Talking about how Wild Run basically butchered the graphics? It's kind of a shame, before WR every region of the map had completely unique and varied road textures, landscape textures, even unique weather and color correction, for EVERY region. Every area of the game felt unique and you could instantly recognize where you are in the map just by looking at the surroundings. In Wild Run, this is much more difficult, as they reduced the road textures so that every road basically used the same texture, same thing with grass and landscapes. Then they applied one single color correction globally that added that gross blue hue to everything instead of having unique weather and colors for every region. What's even more annoying is that they added PBR to the game, but then didn't actually take the time to convert all the materials to PBR, so everything looks like crap. Honestly, it's a shame that Ubisoft/IT basically gaslit everyone into thinking that WR looked better than pre-WR. Because it _really_ doesn't. The swamp area is the worst offender, second-worst being the red rock area which looks less red and more grassy and green post-WR.
