@sticc.5483 nah, don't get me wrong titanfall 2 is great and is the best in movement fps, however the movement displayed is more in the cal of duty future type movement
I guess the best part about keybinds is the fact that people with different keyboard layouts (AZERTY, BÉPO, Dvorak, and many more layouts) are gonna be able to play the game normally without the need for external keybinding software, or even switching physical keyboards (Yes I am aware of the layout change through the settings, but it doesn't seem practical from my point of view).
You have not seen the amount of people that yeet themselves out of the building windows on crane site. Wallrunning might be the devs’ solution to dying from falling, and there’s already a wallhugging mechanic to reduce fall damage in the main game (using small ledges on a wall to negate fall damage)

Forget about wall running. THE KEYBINDS MAKE MOVE TECH EASIER. They allow u to bind multpile action to the same button. U can literally emp slide with 1 button now, on top of the new tech that is comming. I joined the test place for 15 mins and learned new tech fr. Expect the movement meta to change a lot.
I don't see why you would wall run except if you can : - Aim and shoot at ppl while doing it - Be able to chain them/gain speed/gain height with then - Chain a wall run with a superjump to reach a higher spot or an elevated spot quicker
Try this INSANE no recoil setup FOR ANY GUN: These simple steps will make literally any gun have no recoil! Go to the PF Weapon Labs Press tab to open the menu Pick ANY gun you want Click the little button that says "Blank Template" in the recoil editor Now you have NO RECOIL It's really fun to mess with the stats of guns in the PF Weapon Labs + there's also some of the admin weapons.
steven just so u know if u keep pressing space + c + shift wi¿hile wallruning you can get much better control, like if you want to wallrun outside of a building you can do that

Steven i have a set up you will love. Kriss vector, z point, rs supressor, any lazer, remoove stock, and .22 lr. This is fast pace and very good if u land ur shots. (also has like no recoil and fast ads time)
I don’t know but wall running could be used for descending large, tall walls for taking less fall damage. Idk if there is a maximum distance for wall running but if there isn’t, it could be used for maps like mall or smth
I like how over the past year the devs have started to change the game's major stuff like recoil and sights and now they're improving movement and other general conveniences it's so back dude also, wallrunning seems good for getting across gaps or catching yourself from falling also adds an extra element of movement to master which can really throw people off
This maybe be a hot take to some, but is there any hope for bipods to be in the game? This mechanic is already implemented to NTW, so might as well make it an accessory for some guns
They just need to add avatar skin shop (stylis pls) just like Arsenal, so you can flex to your friends, also, they need to add a special skin that you got from getting ... Kills on a gun
wallrunning was originally a bug from the test place like a week ago where you could do it for an indefinite amount of time and actually gain speed. since people thought it was cool to keep in the game, they balanced it so it works more like an intended mechanic
"Deadline" is another great fps which is second place (PF is first) in my opinion. More advanced in every way but way more challenging. Still pretty fun. Steven can you play it?
i feel like the only way the wall running would be useful is if the maps had specific areas that you could only get to via said movement ability. otherwise i think its just bloat to the game no one will use or will accidentally activate and die to it, which will probably result in frustration rather than fun
I know this comment is a little late, but the keybinds menu does hold some significance depending on how you want to use it. You can actually bind two functions to one key (which was shown in the patch), so if you wanted to, you could stand slide with a single key. Also some people prefer to slide using CTRL rather than C, and it could make certain movement mechanics easier for people (like empsliding), as you'd be able to swap the slide and the crouch or whatever it is. (Because ctrl and c do have different functions). Not to mention being able to bind things to mouse buttons. If you're gross like me and have an MMO mouse with 12 side buttons, this is very fun... Yk how you could use Q to toggle aim and it was pretty pointless? Well now you can rebind it to something useful. IMO keybinds are probably going to somehow find a new mechanic on accident. Okay sorry I didn't see mrvahki3077's comment ;-;.

i dont think wallrunning is gonna be particularly useful unless they add vaulting/mantling ledges, and maybe lower the gravity on the wallrun? it seems like you slide/fall down too fast for it to be of any use on regular walls, idk

a use case for wall running is peaking corners because no one is going to expect you to be on the wall in the air they will be expecting you to slide or super jump, can you super jump into a wall run tho? that would make it better if you can
by binding either of the jumps to the same key as lower stance/slide, you can do a standslide. doing that allows you to immediately jump because it doesnt incur the jump cooldown. doing this results in a jumpslide that has empslide jump boost with a high possiblity of doing a zingus.
I just wonder if wallrunning is faster then your actual sprint speed, like you said, doesn't seem the most helpful as is, but if it had something like a slight movespeed increase while doing so, maybe it would have some practicality?
A big new thing about the movement is jump sliding, you don't have to wait until you hit the ground anymore you can slide right after jumping. Also you can inf slide as long as your going down certian stairs Ive notices
Since I follow u on roblox I noticed the fact that ur playin well uppon trying to join u in the test place even tho Phantom forces vaporized both my level and stuff and mobile support in general the test place was still available and fully functional IDK WHY THE MAIN GAME‘S BROKEN and the Queue was uh 6 people long?
If they just dropped animated skins, cool kill effects, or just anything to make the game more interesting pf would blow back up. instead they changed some numbers in studio as per usual. The damage graph is cool but they arent really bringing in new players with their current content.
