You hate ballet? Aw man. I was a professional dancer, ballet primarily. So bummer to hear that but I get it. Tore myself up which I pay for pretty much every day. Lame cliche but... no pain no gain. Gotta put in to work to be able to do what ballet dancers do. And BTW, ballet dancers if at the top of their craft are about the top of heap in physical fitness. Partnering a world class ballerina... stronger than race horses. Just sayin'... Anywayz, will forgive ya. As long as you don't beat up on ballet.

The adjustments in this video were a little bit different this time around. It’s really helpful to see the variety. Many of us may need similar adjustments which is why some people may get the false impression that you’re just doing the same routine for everyone. Also, I liked your idea for reviewing products. I was wondering if you had a recommendation for a vagal nerve stimulator. They’re way too pricey.
