Cut 5 medium-sized potatoes.
Pour water over the potatoes, add salt and cook until tender.
Cut 1 onion.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil, add pepper and 450 g of minced meat.
Add salt, paprika and black pepper.
1 tomato.
1-2 tablespoons tomato paste.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.
Add 1 clove of garlic.
Mash the potatoes.
30 grams of butter.
Chop a bunch of dill.
Grate 100 grams of cheese.
Grease a casserole dish with vegetable oil.
Make shapes out of the potatoes, as shown in the video, periodically grease your hands with vegetable oil.
