Minced meat-400 g
Rice-70 g
Sweet pepper - 1 piece
Dry garlic-1 tsp. or 1 clove fresh
Dill and parsley - a couple of sprigs each
Salt, ground black pepper
Sauce:
Water - 600-700 ml
Sour cream-4 tbsp.
Tomato puree - 1 cup (250 ml)
Sugar-1 tsp.
Salt, ground black pepper to taste
