Imagine being so stupid to think New Jersey is a bad place to live? Our worst schools are better than your best. Some of the nicest beaches in the world and only an hour or so from two major cities. Just cause you see democrat run areas like Newark, doesn’t mean that republican counties like Somerset, Hunterdon and Ocean are not some of the best places in the country!
Yeah, if it’s one thing that I can’t stand as a general contractor, a real estate agent they are all full of shit. They don’t know anything about anything if it wasn’t for technology these days, none of them would be able to accurately put a price on the house.
Most contractors are as full of shit as RE agents Having moved multiple times and owned multiple homes I speak from experience. My last contractor marveled at his work, not so much after i took him thru and pointed out his screw ups, took him Five years but he fixed most Buyers Always hold back money, if the contractor doesn’t agree, find another contractor
As a former NJ real estate attorney, I'd have to explain the history of "attorney review" to out of state attorneys, and they still didn't understand. Glad it was beneficial to your clients.
Finally someone who understands! I LOVE ATTORNEY REVIEW. NJ is the most buyer friendly state I’ve come across. Buyers are incredibly protected by the system here.
